As he entered Oldale with Dark Water on his shoulder he looked around, his eyes staring at everything. Suddenly he felt a thud from ontop of his head.
"Oh right, sorry, train station, right Dark Water," he said with a smile on his face after he came out of his daze.

Deaden ran as hard as he could to catch the train, he did not even have a ticket, but he knew he could buy one if he got there in time. As he ran past people in the streets he tried to call back appologies. Stopping on the station he was just in time.. to see the train leave the station.

Dropping down against the wall he covered his face, suddenly a voice spoke to him.
"Whats going on youngen?"
Looking up he saw an elderly gentleman with a Electrike next to him. The Electrike hung its head, not looking up, his front left leg badly bandaged and an eye patch covering his right eye.
"What happened to your Electrike?" Deaden asked him, concern covering his face.
"I don't know, I found him injured a few days ago, meek as a lamb but feirce as a lion, I just can't find anyone willing to take him in and heal him back to full health. Now what where you so upset about young man?" he asked earnestly.
"I missed the train to Celadon," he replied. "Now I am gonna have to wait for the next one."
"No your not, it is right there... you may have missed one of them, but there are multiple trains on that rail," he said, a slight smile creeping onto his old face. "I am actually on my way to Celadon myself, so would you mind if I accompany you?"
"Not at all, you just saved me a great deal of hastle," he said as he walked to the ticket counter and got their tickets.

As the two of them got on the train Deaden looked down at the Electrike as he curled up on the floor between himself and the old man.
"Whats his name?" Deaden asked.
"I called him Drake," he said gazing at the Electrike. "Even when he was injured I saw him trying to fight off a flock of Taillow. He probably would have succeeded too if I had not joined in on his behalf anyway."
