Iyasu watched as Yuri ran into the garden, crying on about not finding an older sister. She looked over to Tora and bowed to her, "Tora-san, it seems we have a new guest. I'll go see what's wrong with her. If you want you may go a head of me to see Shagatsu-san. Perhaps, he would perfer to see you first alone to discuss what happened with his lost love." She suggested caringly.
Iyasu stood up from the table and walked over to Yuri, "Konichi wa, what is your name?" She addressed Yuri with a soft smile.

In shame she bowed

Hatsuharu walked throuhgt the garden taking in the scenes and geting his much needed fresh air. He looked around and smelled the aroma of the sweet cherry blossoms when he saw two geisha (one of them looked like she was only a Maiko from the way her heair was done, the other was a full geisha.) talking to each other the younger of the two looked as though she was having a rough time with something. He wished to continue his walk but something about the two geisha talking to each other kept him ther behind one o fthe trees watching, especially the younger of the two her eyes kept his attention like he's seen them before.

"Such a pretty name! Yuri-chan, what okiya do you live?" She asked smiling. Iyasu was kind and gentle, just as her Onee-san had been with her when she was Yuri's age. Though, she paid attention to Yuri, she noticed out the of the corner of her eye a new patron. He stayed back, hidden behind the sakura trees. She calmly stood up and offered her hand to help Yuri up. "Why don't we have some tea."

She looked up finally at the geisha who'd offer her hand to her to join her for tea. She took the geisha's hand and stodd up slowly putting her clothe back in her sleeve. " Thank you for your generosity." She bowed with respect.

"I am Iyasu, a geisha at the Mizunoyuri Okiya. Now tell me, how is your life under Nitta-san's and Momoko-san's wing? Have the other girls been treating you nicely?" Iyasu inquired as they approached one of the open buildings where tea and some cakes were set up. She gracefully poured the tea for Yuri and herself, but she also set up another spot, just in case the new patron decided to join them. "I am sure you have been busy with dance lessons, music lessons and manners lessons too."

" Momoko-san is very kind to me, and Nitta-sama has given me words of encouragement since I don't have any other friends here other than momoko-san. But everything has been well in the Okiya." She looks down to her cup and wonders why the extra spot was set but didn't say anything since it was probably none of her business. "Oh , but classes are pretty good now that I've started taking manners, and dance." She looked up and gave a smile to Iyasu.

"I see. Momoko-san is the only friend you have at the okiya? I am very surprised! You are such a sweet and nice girl." She smiled warmily to her. To see the smile on her face was a god sign. Iyasu pursued onward, "What about in your classes? Do you not have any friends in there?" She picked up her cup of tea and sipped it silently.

Iie I have no friends in classes yet...and most of the maiko are friends that live in the same okiya." she looked back down into her tea feeling like she was a shameful maiko.

"I am very surprised at this!" She put down her tea and looked to Yuri a little more concerned. All of the maiko and even maids in her okiya are very kind. How can this one maiko have not a single friend, except for Momoko-san? "You are only taking two classes currently? Have you thought about taking another, Yuri-chan?" The geisha suggested as she put a small cake onto a dish and handed it to Yuri, "I know of a class that is very small and some very friendly girls in there. Might you be interested?"

"I was thinking of taking an art class. " She looked up with shining eyes as she said this, before taking a sip of her tea.

"I think art would splendid subject for you! I was just speaking with the art teacher too. I do know that is very big class. If you do not like big classes, my music class only has four girls in it and we have just started a song. I more than willing to help you catch up and have come to my okiya for lessons to do so. That is, if you wish." She offered most eagerly. It surprised her that all of these girls did not know how important music was in order for them dance.

"Wonderful! Would you like to stop by the okiya tomorrow and I'll catch you up with everything?" Iyasu smiled grandly as she picked up her tea once more. She sipped it and giggled, "I can only imagine what Tanpopo-chan and Kaida-chan will think. If you also wish and if it is all right with my younger sisters, I'll let you sit on a few lessons I'll be teaching them before they go out to the tea house again. Would you like that?"

" I'd love to." she smiled before bowing her head in respect. " I will be waiting anxiously to learn from you Iyasu-san." she rose from her bow and smiled again forgetting that she had ever come into the garden crying frantically.
