S-X- Dual Personalities Are you shitting me, Rob? Around here, the first two TMNT games are still $19.99 and $24.99 new! try toys 'r us. hell, i just checked the website and it's marked down on there too, so if it's on the website, it should be that way all over the country, me thinks http://tinyurl.com/ng5dbS-X- Dual Personalities TMNT 3 is by far the best of the series, IMO. The big thing I dislike about it, is that you can only play as alternate characters in one level (a shooting level at that), instead of unlocking them for the entire game. oh that sucks. i always enjoyed hidden playable characters in these new TMNT games. it's sort of like going backwards to not include it anymore. and by backwards i mean going all the way back to last decade...er... century...er...millenium before this new series oh but having all 4 turtles on screen at once working as a team the way god intended rocks! xd lady leo - this 3rd one lets the computer control the turtles you aren't controlling, so in case you take too much damage or something, you can stay back and let the others fight if you want. hehe...i was even fighting a boss before who kept sending out triceratons and i would beat them up (since i was low on life from taking on the boss beforehand) while the other 3 turtles beat up the boss. it's a nice team atmosphere heart

I try real hard not to cheat until I've beaten the game. I figure I gotta beat it once on my own. The second time through I'll let myself cheat my butt off. That works out well in Silent Hill games where when you beat it again you get special weapons, different endings, etc. Not sure if it's worth it in the TMNT games or not.

S-X- Dual Personalities Okay, I guess it is that cheap now. But why are all of the Turtles titles all about the same price... and the first one, which is most common (at least around here), is the most expensive! they do that with certain games...like resident evil 2 & 3 on the GCN are waaay more than 1 & 0 are. and for awhile smash bros. melee wasn't coming down to the $20 player's choice price. it's sort of weird. like no rhyme or reason to some of this stuff. confused but for the TMNT games, i think like $20 new is usually the cheapest they go down for certain games. so all those TMNT games should come down and stay at $20...not sure about the other game between 2 & 3. that one i can see going down slightly further maybe.

Yeah, I've seen Greatest Hits/Player's Choice/Platinum Hits games at places like K-Mart in the $39.99-$49.99 area.
A couple weeks ago, when God of War and Gran Turismo 4 first went on PS2's Greatest Hits, K-Mart actually had pictures of the GH boxes, but it said "New low price! $39.99!".... which is technically correct, since they were originally $50, but Jesus of Nazareth! Only an idiot would pay more than $20 for a Greatest Hits game!
And then, there's this copy of the Greatest Hits version of Crash Bandicoot for the PS1 that's been sitting in a glass case at the local swap meet since it was first released on GH, with a price of $49.99....

Look at this, honey! That game that little Timmy wants is now down to $40. Great deal! I'm going to pick this one up for him for his birthday. If he's really good, I'll pick up another video game for him at this great price! surprised Store d00d who overprices the games for parents: lol Hey, Tony! We got another parent coming in... twisted

I've seen MAD overpricing at both Blockbuster (because they're evil) and places like EB. If for some bizarre reason you ever get the urge to buy one of those Outlaw Golf mini games, don't do it at EB! They sell the damn things for $6 used when at Blockbuster it was $3 NEW. It's a freakin' mini game! *flails*
But otherwise their prices seem okay. *L* And I do try to stay away from buying things at Blockbuster if I can help it.
