well, should you want, you could probably just roll dice IRL. I mean, I certainly won't care if the DM isn't rolling in front of us. DM has complete say over everything. You don't really have to roll anything, you can say "that hits" even when it wouldn't, and so on. Obviously you don't want to stray too much from the rules, but as a DM, it's okay to "fudge" dice rolls if it will better the campaign, and you can't do that if we see your every roll hehe

It kinda gives it an open feeling, at least that's how I feel.

I wouldn't mid going second since i'd like to beable to cover someone else and likely I'll just be positioning during my first turn, but If SAR wants to go second, than that will be fine.

wow, we're pretty fast hehe. 19 Init, and I'm still in the bottom half for initiative hehe. Not that that's a problem, maybe we'll all be before the enemies.

it would be even faster if I took cleave! hehe. I'll probably take cleave next level, but I wanted my weapon focus this level. Besides, Cleave can be a little complicated in forum games, in my experiance.

It could I guess, I've been thinking today and decided around third level I'm going to multiclass it's between the swashbuckler and the hexblade what do you sugguest.
