The reaction was rather interesting. A perfect blush drifted over his cheeks, and nose while his eartips also turned a lovely pink. He was so pink, mind you, that perhaps one might think he wasn't originally a white stag, but a rose one.
So he HAD been right. And Silver had been right. And and...whoa.
"....me?" he managed intelligently, a very small grin peeking through his flustered expression.

The cat Fa'es expression was complete and utter stressful. It looked like she'd been through a hurricane. This was just the eye. What was she going to say. She wasen't really in any right state to reply, nose twitching, eyes wincing, ears flickering, face alight.
"Yes.." She replied simply and clearly, that was all she could manage.

He wanted to ask her what she meant exactly, but he had a feeling it was probably along the line of his thinking right now with how stressed and worried she sounded. He wanted to ask why too, but he figured that wasn't something so easily answered.
"Um."
He rubbed at his face with his hands, willing the fire to go down in his cheeks. This was so WEIRD...but...strangly good? He didn't know exactly what to say.

She wanted all this to die down. But she knew secretly Silver had got what he wanted. She'd told him. But not to the full extent. She looked for words to say, it was so confusing, so stressing. But a feeling overtook all of these, relief. She'd done something that she never thought she would EVER do.
"yeaaa..." She droned a little, head banging off the table.

Yani o_@'ed at the noise of Keir's head hitting the table and might have laughed if he wasn't so "WTFOMGBBQ" at that moment. Instead, he went route that perhaps neither he or she was expecting...the words left his mouth before he realized what he was saying.
"...since I guess it's only fair...um...I thought you were..uh.......-special-. For a long time."

Her head lolled around a little on the table, the bowl clattering against the glass as she did. It was good, she could hide her face, that made her feel a tiny bit better. The moment was weird, so peaceful until -
"Special?" She decided to question it, although it came out as a sort of croaky squeak.

Ooooh s**t. Now things were getting way more involved than he had meant. Now he was damning Silver for the embarassment he was putting them both through...but maybe thanking him a little bit too? Who knows.
"...um. You know."
Yani felt himself starting to retreat back into his "shell", something he hadn't done in a very long time. Hands splayed across his face to hide his expression, which looked almost sick now.

"I don't. Honestly." She replied simply and smoothly, her ears felt as if they were burning. "Tell me Yani?" She slumped back into her chair, and eyed him finnally, cheeks a little puffed out, expression flustered.
Oh boy oh boy. This was going to be interesting.

s**t. Now he was in a position he didn't want to be in. ...and what if he still had all this wrong?! Crap crap crap...
"I...well," he murmered from behind his hands, feeling the blush completely drain away. He felt really sick now and would have paled further had his complextion allowed it. "What I mean is...um."
Dammit. Just say it.
"....I kinna. Um." His hands collapsed then into his lap, deciding this was a losing battle. He looked almost terrified now.
"Like....you. As in, um. Maybe a girlfriend?"

O____O! That wasen't expected, Keir thought he would say something different, or put it off, or something! She didn't know, her head was messed up, she felt like s**t, but still felt amazing at the same time. It was such a strange feeling...
"A er..."
"Girlfriend?"
Her face grew pale for a couple of seconds, before re lighting. She didn't know what to say, Yani had rendered her speachless, it was just so odd... The eye of the hurricane had passed, this must have been the final whoosh to it.

Yani actually looked like he might cry at this point, his ears pulled back against his hair. He felt so messed up. Nothing was making sense...he hadn't meant to say what he said in the sense that this was all stuff he kept away from everything else. It was all meant to be a secret so he could just continue on in life and not end up dying of sheer embarrassment later on.
So much for that plan. Maybe it was the wine's fault.
He hid his face again, burying his misery in his palms, barely hearing Keir's query. He felt obligated to answer, but he was so flustered that he just nodded.

"Hey er.. Thats cool Yani." She decided to overcome this gushy stuff for him. "Don't hide your face either. Its not worth it anyway, over me?! Ha, you must be joking." She giggled that familar giggle, and pushed her hand out onto the table.
"Honestly, don't worry about it."

The fact that she hadn't said anything further on "the" subject made him feel a little worse. Maybe he had it all wrong now. Dammit. Dammitdammitdammit....
He slumped in his chair and dropped his hands onto the table, upsetting the silverware and nearly knocking over his wine glass.
"I'm not joking."
Suddenly nothing seemed funny anymore. He needed to excuse himself for a moment, but he didn't know where he could go to compose himself. He was stuck...being blind, he couldn't just wander off on his own anyway. Too bad he couldn't just melt into the floor. That'd solve his problem.
"Just...nevermind. Forget I said anything," he said quietly. He had to have all this wrong. Great.....just great.

"Wait, I am'nt gonna 'JUST' forget about it because you want me to. I thought we were meant to be talking maturely there. You just said yourself you weren't joking about it. Its not fair Yanisin. To avoid a subject like this. Even when I admitted up to something. Thats not funny."
She half glared, great, that'd probably of ruined everything.

The fa'e looked shocked at her sudden outburst and would have stared at her if he had the ability.
"Fine then, you -tell- me what you meant then. I told you, you -tell me-," he said, forcing his voice to not quaver. "I admitted more than you did and for me to to not get any sort of response that way or otherwise...I figured you just didn't want to go there."
He propped his elbows on the table and put his head in his hands, the fingertips buried in his own hair.
