I appraised Jehosaphat's changed appearance, noting that the exposed (scrawny, clearly freshman-ish) chest was now covered warmly by a jacket that I had wanted, but had always hesitated in buying. It didn't look too sexy now that Jehosaphat was strutting around the guild in his arrogant way in it. I thought that I would be joyful the day Jehosaphat changed his clothes--therefore changing my description of him-- but now, I felt a bit saddened and annoyed... It was good to see that the expression on his face had not changed, though. No matter how much Jehosaphat irked me, I didn't want him to change (because he's so easy to tease!! blaugh )

Parari is, and always has been, the type of person this guild wants. Her pilot gear and alien, floppy ears gave her a sure, if arcane, look of piloting and therefore adventuring. While she was always smiling, she had quite a mean streak. But that is not all. Pants is the type of person that, even when I purposely spell her name wrong, will just take all of life in as a joke. There are some who say life's a stage, and Pinto doesn't care if she knows her lines at all, she still gets a standing ovation. Her cheerines sometimes can even get on your nerves, as it makes a perfect foil to your irritable mood. If she happens to be online, it doesn't matter if your dog just got died last week, or if you just had a bit of a quarrel with a girl you secretly liked and were going to ask out last night, or if you had to rake leaves in the rain, like many of us, including me, have recently experienced. You can just talk. Certain people have that air of whatever happens, I'm cool with that. They have that, whatever happens, I'm not going to let it stop me, or change me, or get in my way towards what I want to become. She even inspires you. She'll give you an edge just talking to her, like you want to have that same seemingly untroubled life the prism of the internet and writing gives to us. Writing is like a great blank field, and anything that happens on it is up to your imagination. I cannot imagine what this girl will write, as, strangely enough, many of us have never read each other's actual writing. Maybe the activities are distracting us from what this was meant for, or maybe the troubles and emotions of our lives are keeping us from doing what gives life and feeling to these very key elements. Maybe writing isn't something you have to know how to do. Writing is something you just do, and you're either good or bad at it, and it all depends on if you have any passion in life. And Pennzoil has that passion.

And it was that freshman again, Parari mused as she walked across and through the stone barriers of time and space--not including the treacherous Mountains of Homework and Stress-- back to the guild. He stood there, frozen. He hadn't changed much despite all the problems that he had alluded to formerly, she observed. But then again, it was hard to tell from one's appearance in the 11th dimension of the Cyberworld...

A stream of bright sunshine was teasing the corner of my eyes. I turned, only to find that what I thought was a sunbeam, was a girl. A women bedecked in bright yellow garments. The only thing to offset her bright yellow ribbons and flowers and other adornments, was her dark hair and a pair of big, clunky black boots. Belatedly I realized she also wore a short black skirt and a thin black tie. A small black cat crawled from one shoulder to another. This woman was, in essence, a living bumblebee. But from the way she lazed and read her book casually, it was obvious that she wasn't as busy as one. Looking at my own clothes, I suddenly felt dark and drab.

It was as if she was heading to a funeral on a rainy day. All dressed in black except for a small glimpse of blue and carrying a black umbrella to match her outfit. Was she really heading to a funeral or just depressed and upset about something? It left me wondering if there was anything I could do to help.

The man was knelt down and was reading a book, though he seemed fairly uninterested with it, for he stared into space with his big, brown eyes. He dressed in mostly blue, but with a tan leather jacket. He seemed normal except for one thing; his hair was blue. Aye, he was all blue except for his coat and eyes.

His hair was trimmed in a young, boyish manner and he wore a shirt with a bold star. His arms were proudly placed by his side, the jacket's material outlining his sleek physique. I looked at him and was suddenly taken by an urge to give him a hug. But like others his age and gender, he would shy away from the touch of a girl, so I restrained my motherly instincts. When his hair fell lightly across his eyes with the gentle breeze flittering across the space between us, I could not bear not brushing his hair aside with a light touch of my index finger. He smiled shyly, ducking his head, and abruptly turned away to find Daykurfin.

There I stood, awaiting the arrival of Daykurfin, when she came my way. Consuming large quantities of...whatever was in the bottle, she gazed at me with big, reddish eyes in a motherly fashion. She shifted around in her huge boots, though it seemed to be the warmest item of clothing Parari wore this frigid January evening. No wonder the flowers she adorned upon her head were black. She might have been able to breakdance, but the boom box she carried was unplugged, making a demonstration impossible. I shrugged at the thought, gave her a quick grin, and abruptly went to find Daykurfin.

and I'm not that young...

He was standing there waiting for me as I walked in. For what reason I had no idea. He was standing there appearing as serious and determined as he could in his comfortable casual clothing. He seemed to fidget nervously as he walked up to me. Perhaps he was about to propose an improvement for the guild.

I followed Xerxes, laughing silently at the his rebellion against my "motherly touch." I kept my composure, though, as Daykurfin walked forward to meet Xerxes and me; I was about to talk to the guild's fourth owner after a long hiatus. All my steady breathing and control over my features was for nothing, though, as Daykurfin's eye caught mine and his eyebrow twitched slightly. I forgot all my reasons for being so... unhyper (there were really none in the first place) and burst out laughing. His honey-brown gaze remained unaffected and held mine until I calmed down slightly and gave him a slight hug. Then he whispered a certain word in my ear, breaking my composure yet again. sweatdrop

At the moment I clicked on the topic, I was in shock of what Parari had become; a giant, floating head of a man. Red eyed and white haired, Parari stared vexingly at me. I tried to run as fast as I could, but to no avail. The floating head continued to grasp my attention and I could not stray for long.

His hair had suddenly become tussled and his eyes frightened, like he'd seen a giant floating head. I patted him gently on the shoulder and said, "Xerxes, are you alright?" I looked deeply into his eyes, searching for what might be haunting him, but he just stared blankly back, as though I was invisible. All of a sudden, his arms and legs started moving in a running motion, but he wasn't going anywhere. "Daykurfin..." I cried. "Something's wrong..."

I sat up quickly in my bed, sweating, shaking, panting, in my small room. Sitting on a stool, looking out the window, was Parari. It appeared she was back from one of her expeditions to the Lost Island of the Little Folk. We had told her there were better means of getting to that island other than biplane, but she liked the skycap too much to care. Her cloths were greenigh from weeks of sifting through the underbrush and her hair had grown floura of its own. She glanced over at me from under her glasses with the same motherly gaze. Relieved, I fell back down and went to sleep.

His face was determined, almost scarily. He wore something looking as if it was stained with blood. It scared me, in a scary way.

Jehosaphat seemed cold. Deathly so. His nose was red despite being well bundled up. His arms up in an anxious manner, I asked him what was wrong in a scary way, which didn't help matters. I continued reading, minding my own buisness. He seemed fine with that, since he became preoccupied with his tail in a matter of seconds.
