canislupin1988 Going oot of the loop for a minute, I think out of anyone, Harp from The Legend of Dragoon (PS1) would be a perfect match for Vincent, in FFVII the only one I see him with is Lucracia.

Anyways, I guess my not-loving of the LuccyxVince couple is because I have a love for, dare I say it, Hojo and Luccy.
I dunno. Just do. The idea of Hojo not getting any work done is too funny a picture.

Okay, the pictures just freak me out a bit. There is a chance that there may be love between them, but it just seems so out of there, y'know? I mean, the guy kills Vincent, and then uses his body for a sick and twisted experiment.
And he is able to give Lucrecia his baby... What they did, in my view, was only for science apart from out of love... It just freaks me out, y'know? Freaky........

I'm sure Hojo is at least in love with her. Lucrecia did say... No Foxy... No DOC spoilers... Anyways, I think Hojo might have loved Lucrecia, even if she might not have loved him back.
Because if they got it down and dirty for science, I'm sure he would have rather chosen an experiment from a random family Shinra got a hold of instead of using his own child, right? He is a lunatic, right?
But I can see why it can freak you out. It kinda freaks me out a little.

It's just... Imagine Hojo being in love with Luccy... Can't get any work done... so he shoots Vincent "bang!".

:0She's not actually a ninja. She's Dart's mother, his father the 1st sub boss of the final fight. They used to be team mates, along with the original Dragoons, and were lovers. All of their team mates died in what they thought was the final fight, and started a fight-free life and had Dart. However, Dart's father 'died,' and Rose abondoned her son trying to find him and a purpose for living. She is angsty, keeping a choker on her neck to try and keep her emotions from showing. With it, she will not smile, and she only laughed once in many years while wearing it. She does show amazement when she sees her husband after such a long time, thinking he was dead. I am not sure how she stayed alive for all these years and kept her beauty, I think it was the Dragoon effect, but, I could be wrong... Beat the game a few years back so my memory's kinda foggy in that region... So, although impossible, Rose does kinda look like Vincent's kid if she went in his direction, sorta angsty and slightly Emo.... But, eh, that's something I just made up now....

Anyways, I've never played Legend of Dragoon, so I have no idea what you speak of.
I was just merely guessing. Someone in the SO3 guild told me that. I laughed.

Just a bit off topic, since you brought it up, but I felt the need to comment (because I'm wierd like that).
Dart's mother is not Rose, but some other woman that they show in the game during flashbacks. Highlight to read spoilers on Rose and what she did...
Rose was the 'Black Monster' that everyone was terrified of. She went about killing and destroying so that she could eventually find and destroy the moonchild, or whatever it's called in the game. Shana had a twin sister that was tragically killed by Rose, becuase Rose had thought that Shana's sister was the moonchild, when in fact it was Shana. Rose attacked Dart's hometown and killed Dart's real mother, however his father escaped. They were, however, lovers, like you said.
As for her collar, I don't think it has anything to do with her emotions, just keeps her young eternally until she takes it off. Granted, it's been a couple of years since I've touched the game, so I could be wrong.
Back on topic, though, a pairing that I'd like to see, but know will never, EVER come to fruition would be RossoxVincent. There's just something about Rosso that fascinates me, and it would have been nicer to see her interact more with Vincent and the other characters of the game.
I still like any other pairing, though, if it's presented well enough. biggrin

Yuffie seems a good match for him..even though they are completely different personality wise but they would still make a nice couple....and if not her then Lucrecia xp

Well, it can be assumed that Nero and Weiss die, and I'm sure as hell Azul can't take having a tank cannon in his stomach and Rosso commiting suicide. It's because they're bosses I'm guessing they get wasted. Back on topic... I don't really see one for the Rosso and Vincent one. This isn't just because I'm a Yuffentine, either. From the very beginning, all Rosso wanted was to kill and follow the orders of Weiss. If anything, they'd make a couple had Rosso still been living... She doesn't strike me as a person who'd love, seeing as she knows she is less human than Vincent and only has a desire to kill. I dunno, just my two cents. For this to work would take one hell of an author/ess.
