Jenny Bones Still cursing Miran’s poor judgement and lack of confidence in the PSO-HQ’s ability to defend itself she rolled under the door just in time and stopped to help Miran as his sleeve got stuck. “You’re starting to be more trouble than you’re worth, Miran.” Lending her strength to the efforts to get him unstuck they finally manage to tear the sleeve and get Miran out of the way of the reporters and authorities. [Sorry for the powerplay!! gonk ] Grins. "Lu you have no idea how much help you have been!" He says running away from the scene behind her. "Thank you so much, now I gotta go deliver this Scale quick."

Glancing over her right shoulder she quirked an eyebrow. “You’re one strange little man.” And then she too was moving in a different direction, heading for her apartment and the regenerating sanctuary that it was while Miran headed for god knows where.
[ooc: night all. I’m calling it a day.]

((Blueberries!!!! and the beanbags...oh man....))
Carter walked to the security system and punched in the appropriate code, the lockdown turning off. The metal doors slowly rose. "Brooks?! Where are you?!"
Brooks tapped from inside the storage unit, which Carter opened up, and with a long sigh called for a medic. "Starting tomorrow, security will be tighter in this place, I want people buzzed in by secretaries or officers only, this is getting out of hand."
He looked at the mess and swore, brushing his dirty blond hair back from his face.

J_e_z Erik walked into the police station after hearing about the ruckus by to people on the street. He decided it would probably be easiest to get rid of Brooks now. Sadly for Erik, brooks wasn't at the station, but at the hospital infirmary, healing quite nicely. Several armed guards stood at the door, and he had to be beeped in by a receptionist to even enter, oh how security changes after massive attacks.

J_e_z Erik saw the guards and swore to himself. "Hey, I need to speak to officer brooks, Can you let me in?" One of the guards shook his head, "Brooks is recovering, he won't be in for a while, but if you wish to speak with Shanra, or Carter, an appointment can be set up easily enough. If you have a civilain complaint there are papers and forms you may fill out."

Clair walked too the HQ, holding her chin high, even if it was a short chin. She gave both guards a cold glance, daring either of them to stop her as she walked into the building. She was buzzed in without having to ask, giving a haughty smile as she made her way to the receptionist's desk. "Hi," she put on a smile dipped in guile, her fake australian accent folding over her words. "I specifically requested the tall green fellow for my outing today, and you gave me someone neither tall nor green. I don't think you're quite understanding who I am. Now where's the officer I requested?!" Clair tapped her foot the entire time, waiting on the answer without any patience.

The receptionist stuttered something about Alloran having just left for the pawnshop.
Clair put up a hand, not listening to anything else. "I'll go find him myself. I can't depend on you people at all. The lot of you should be fired, maybe I should mention that to one of the officials at my party." She hmmmed about it, just to watch the day receptionist (not ally of course) squirm, and because she had a reputation to hold up, anger charm or no. She turned on her expensive spiked heels and went out the door.

Late that night, a dark figure approached the building, keeping as close to walls as possible. He slowly made his way to the front door, and slipped past the cameras, opening the door with his mind. As he opened the door, he once again used his mind to push the cameras away from it, making them face the wall. "I'm in." He muttered with a grin.

James walked into the PSOHQ. He scanned the area, then walked to the front desk. He rang a bell, and awaited any assistance. His eyes landed on the Bulletin board that contained the names Garret Erikson and Scott Fisher. Ah, a few familiar names.... He thought. Who knew I'd find a few old friends here?
