Oooooh.... Well, my good friend Extreme Nutcase - AKA Plague - came by today. I, of course, wouldn't let him move me from my work - beyond showing him where all the gay stuff was when he asked. Twas amusing. Plague-kun's always fun to have around. Now, if only he'd join the guild.... stressed

Hmmmmn.... Well, the scanner I was using kept dying on me - batteries needed to be charged and all, ya know? - so I had to keep taking breaks from scanning for Overstock. Which was fine! As much as I hate register, overstock can get DAMN boring after a while.
Anyway, the first time, Edward told me to go clean the tables by the windows, so I did. Then I emptied the basket of books that had piled up behind the register. Then I went back a scanner some more. Scanner died, I straightened a bit. Edward saw me and was all, "Why do I keep seeing you wandering around the store when you're supposed to be scanning?" and I was all, " 'Cause this is what you told me to do when my batteries got low. Duh." So he told me to re-stock some of the endcaps.I had to get books from the Christian section, damnit. Hives. HIVES!!
Aleia found me at one point and was like, "Why are you still here? Isn't it time for you to take your break?" and I said, "Well, I'm taking a 15 minute break, instead of a 30. And Edward's making me do stuff. *pout*" So Aleia left me to it and I finally got to go on my break, which was cool. twisted

I think they need to change the colour of the D-20. I mean, I like brown and all, but all the D-20 I have/have seen are much cooler colours than BROWN. twisted

*pulls out all 13 D-20s* I don't even HAVE a brown one. I've got two kinda boring blue ones with white spots - they're from something special, don't remember what anymore. And then I've got this kinda cool grey iridescent one. And an awesome iridescent one that LOOKS black at a distance, but is all blue and green up close. And then I've got a blue/green iridescent one, and a purple iridescent one, and a red/pink iridescent one, and a blue iridescent one!! Oh, and there's this other red one that looks like it's got a flame inside. eek And a clear one with navy blue swirls inside. And then a threesome of see-through sparkly ones; lite blue, pretty purple, and shiny clear.... *looks all dreamy and happy and cuddles dice*

So, I brought in a box of Samoas, 'cause they've been sitting in my room, half melted, for over a month now - when they say Girl Scout cookies keep well, they aren't kidding!! twisted - and I felt like being nice for once.
So I brought them in and had a couple and Edward kept teasing me about bringing them in for everyone else, then eating them myself. cry
I don't remember what I said to him, but he stopped teasing me after that. I left the cookies in the fridge, at any rate, 'cause they were melting in the back room - no air conditioning, you know? - and I decided that leaving them out was not in the best intrest of seeing them gone. sweatdrop
