Peace...quiet...thats all he wanted. And maybe a bit of corrodination...well...no....a bit of coordination wouldn't do him the least bit of good. The mud was starting to dry in his hair. he couldn't really get anything done properly. He felt so discouraged... The spring was quiet now, he was alone. yes, that was good. he could relax and rest here. He stripped quickly and jumped into the spring and closed his eyes. Hopefully his clothes woldn't get dragged off like they had a few nght ago. He could only hope.

Kuriyo purred lightly, mewling lightly when Kaoru's fingers scratched behind her ears.
"I hope you find your Kage." Kayome said, laying his head down on his knees.
After several more minutes of thinking on the rock he stood, his band jingling lightly around his wrist. He walked over to the water's edge and peered into the calm pool. The cool water along with the soft breeze helped to calm him, it had always been like that.
"Sometimes I just want to..." Kayome trailed off and took a deep breath.
The next thing he knew he was leaping into the water. His clothing was soaked, but he didn't care. He felt more peace under the water than he'd ever felt before.
((I rolled two because I forgot to roll last time, too. >_> Well... I didn't because you didn't. In any case. I win nao?))

Kaoru basically ignored Kayome as he played with Kuriyo a bit more. Smiling like a young child, he looked up and saw that the two males had jumped into the water. One being stripped down to nothing and the other fully clothed. Kaoru snorted at such childish behavior and turned to play with the small kitty once again. At least he didn't have to worry about the cat jumping into the water next... His mind still raced through thoughts of where the kage would be at this point. Nothing really stood out in his mind though. His fingers ran over the cat's fur as his index finger tickled the animal beneath it's chin. It became evident then that the kage must be in a place that was secluded and somewhere not very many people knew of. He could feel Hikaru's finding of the woman and knew immidiately where they had gone. That tree! He looked over to the chuunin in the water and waved his hand for him to come along. He must have figured it out by this time as well. Kaoru set down the small feline before taking off without waiting for Kayome.
Find the Kage! Think of things about the kage that would give clues about where she may be, the last convo you had with her, anything! Hurry before the others beat you to it! 1D20(16)+int mod (24)= 40 DC:39 3/3
(i wanted to roll one more time to see if he got it XD)

Kayome surfaced and looked over at the silent twin. "Let's go to the summoning tree. Oh!" His eyes widened and he launched himself out of the water. "Come on Kuriyo!" He ran after the silent twin.
Kuriyo bounded after them both, easily keeping up.
((Yup, he did. ;D))

Well that was enough pity for himself...well it wasn't but he had plenty of time for that later. He was more than pittied up for the time being. He began to rise from the water and began to look around for a moment. He looked about from place to place...wondering...oh god...it had happened again. His clothes were gone. He couldn't find a single strip of them anywhere...great...Probably dragged off by lord knows what. And so, there he stood with nothing more than his boxers on. He was cold, he was lonly...yep, he was having one hell of a day. Well he had to find them or else he'd be walking home naked. That'd make about the 3rd time this month if memory served.
He stood shivering and began to look about for his clothing...he was trying to stay out of view of other people but it wouldn't seem very likly that he'd be able to do it. he had to look about for them everywhere...which meant that he might be seen. Oh well, least he was hidden for now. he began to look around

Nothing...there was nothing anywhere around the place he had left them. This meant that it was most likly done shortly after he got into the water. Enough time had elapsed so that the ground could be covered up enough for him not to notice anything. He couldn't find anything and he wasn't any kind of expert detective. He was definitly feeling a bit...more uneased at this prospect. he could be out ehre all night looking for his clothes that, in all likly hoold, would be even more soiled than when he brought him here. Maybe it would be better for him to just give up and head on back. No, he had to at least try and find his clothes. His brothers would never let him live it down if he didn't find his clothes. Specially after having lost them so many times in such a short while. I mean, who would want to steal them? They were old hand-me-downs from his eldest brother. Shoot, they were techniqually Hand-me-hand-me-hand-me-downs. They had been through each of his brothers hands and they had the signs of the ages. Maybe they were better off missing. He'd get a new outfit...no, he had to many at home. He'd never get anything out of it.
With a sigh, he continued on looking.

He was having only slight luck but still nothing. His clothes left slight marks in the mud around the bank but they could be from anything really. There were no set patterns in the mud so he could be looking at anything really. What a serious pain this was becoming. A chilled wind blew past him and he felt his body shiver hard under the icy wind. What a misserable day he was having. he wanted to just go home and climb into bed and curl up and hope the day would just go again. No...that wouldn't happen. if was still light out techniqualy. His dad would come bursting in and gripe about how he was letting life pass him by. It was easy for dad to be all upity and happy about things. he had it all. He had a beautiful wife, 3 sons that were the apple of his eye, charisma, looks, brains, kindness, power...he was perfect...then he had this little stain on his record known as his 4th son.
A few tears ran down his face as he thought of how much of a burden he must have been on his family...he couldn't be more of a burden so he continued on. [[Clothes Search DC: Dice{5} + Search{1} = 6 0/5 ]]

Finally a break. Just as he was whiping his nose, his eye moved over to catch a glint of something in the mud. It was a piece of metal that he found very familiar. It was his headband and that meant, his box of cards. He had had his headband altered to fit around his box of cards. Well, no. He didn't do it. It was more of a family tradition to have it done. His brothers had theirs modified as well as his father and mother. He was just following a family tradition. It was 'cool' according o his father. He thought it looked gaudy. But whatever, least now he had his cards back and wouldn't have to make new packs. That was always a hassle. Of course it was relativly second nature...least to his brothers and dad. He was still horrid at it. Went through more packs than he made. What a waist he always thought. With as igh, he headed on to look for more pieces.

Not much luck following the finding of the cards though. He was again, at a loss for where the other pieces of clothing could be. He began to look about for any signs but once more came up with relativly nothing. He looked around slightly as he stood still. The light reflecting off the spring wasn't helping either. It colored the area in weird shades and hues so he had even more to shift through as he looked about. Nothing seemed natural or normal whent he light hit the water at certain angles yet he couldn't let that stop him. Anotehr sniffle left him as he was getting colder and more down. He had nothing to look forward too even when he went home. His brothers would pick on him for being cold and wet. His dad would only laugh and tell him to buck up. His mother...hell least his dad and brothers paid attention to him. He wondered if his mom even knew he existed sometimes. No...she didn't. She didn't care. She only cared for whichever one of his brothers was giving the family successes and money at the time and what his father was doing. Anything else didn't matter.
A cold wind blew on his wet skin again and he hurried his search.

The wind seemed almost like it was bitting into his flesh. yep, that was a good analogy for it. It seemed to grip ahold of his skin and shake it to its core. he was freezing now and he needed to be done with this soon. He'd catch his death of cold if he didn't. His mind began to race with thoughts of his other sicknesses. And each and every time he couldn't remember once when his mother would come to see him. His brothers bent over backwards to be nice and care for him. His father would bring all manor of medicians in to check him out. But his mother...most she'd do is look in from the doorway with a towel over her nose and mouth. She wouldn't say anything. She'd only do it whens he thought he was asleep. He remembered how hurt he was at that thought...and his pace slowed. He wasn't ready to go home too quickly.

Yes, slow steps in the wet sand and mud. He could feel the cold rocks pinching his skin and the water soaking into his flesh. He could feel the cold air chilling and seeming almost to warm him now. He was drying, his upper half at least. His lower half would still be a bit wet cause of his wet boxers. Whatever the reason, it felt good to warm up even if it was just a little. He could continue looking in earnest.

Another hit. He had found something else. It was hidden under a loose tree branch, probably pulled there by something. It was his shoes and socks. He moved to recover them quickly. His socks were wet but relativly clean. His shoes, however, were soaked and covered in mud and lord only knew what else. He took them and dumped the whole thing into the spring to clean them a bit. He stuck his feet in them and sighed. He hated the feeling of wet clothes but they were better than no clothes. He continued on looking.

[enter from forest marsh]
Kusari entered the area and walked down the path on his own not afraid of anyone seeing him and his beat like face and blood soaked and burned body. He pulled the Kunai out of his arm without a single sound of pain and he began to undress as he reached the waters edge, and after making sure he didn't sense anything that seemed to pose a threat. His sword he embedded into the ground and dropped his other weapons around it. Kusari, once free of his bloody clothes, slowly moved into the water.
