The Lizardfolk release a volley of arrows, two of which hit the ouside window frame with a pink!, and the third... where was the third?
You look outside and notice the all three of the Lizardfolk arguing with each other. One of them pulls an arrow out of his back and angrily tosses it at the other Lizardfolk who apparently shot him.
This is your chance to surprise them.
