i think we're all aproaching this the wrong way. instead of asking, who's the best uke? we should ask, who makes everyone else seme?

Personally, I think the Seme/Uke dynamics seriously ruin any relationship. They lead to typecasting and "Seme/Uke" stereyotypes, hence Naruto and Iruka get viewed by the public as whiney little girly characters.
The most Uke-ish by far, however, is Haku. I still have qualms over his/her gender >.<

Haku is definitely the most uke character. I can't see him topping anyone.
But I still view Naruto as uke to Sasuke, at least. Going by the manga, if Sasuke wanted to have sex with Naruto, he'd most definitely submit so he could have at least something with Sasuke. That's just what I think, though.
And yeah, Gaara seems kind of uke-ish too. Even though I don't like this pairing (because I don't like Naruto with anyone other than Sasuke) NaruGaa seems better to me than GaaNaru. Eh. *shrugs*

hmmm...i would have to say Naruto. you can pretty much put him in any yaoi pairing, and he would well, fit it so well. wink plus he's really loud.

The ultimate Uke I would have to say is Naruto. But I think there are other ukes in Naruto. Like Haku, of course, and Sasori whee

i really think it would b sasuke because
1. Sasuke
2. he has a lot of problems and so very vunerable
3. he just looks frail to me in a girlish way

NARUTO 4 ME!!!!! I mean come on, every person he with he AlWAYS seem like the uke!!!! But I find it really shocking when Naruto is the seme I dont know why though!!!!! But then again its just MY opinion!!! But there are other ukes you know like Haku,Ikura!!!! HAHA THEY BEEN PWNED!!!

I guess it would depend on who the character was paired up with. If you were basing it on looks and how the person acts then that would most likely be Haku but I think the most used character as an uke would be Naruto.

Haku, Naruto, aaaaaaaaand Gaara in some cases.. it actually depends on who they are paired up with.... because in DeixGaa Dei is the seme but things in like .. WAIT WAIT WAIT Ive never read a fanfiction with Gaara as the seme eek
