well the female ones
but they do say in the philippines that
to grow tall
you eat...
this one kind of cheese thats
packed full with vitamines and calcium
you eat it with your rice
like it melted on top of it
i think thats how my friend karl got tall
he eats that stuff all the time

Genetics, mostly. My dad is 6'0 and I'm 5'8. I'm 17 now...buuuut I hope I can still grow an inch or two tho I don't think that's likely going to happen.
