Haki smiled. He wasn't hungry? Well, more for her. And she had a feeling that this day was coming to a close. If only because Hadrian was putting things away. People always put things away after they were done. And if you were done, you were finished. The end!
Marc smiled. "Not hungry? That's good. More for Haki, then." he said the same things that Haki was thinking. But they understood each other, father and daughter.
"Thank you again." he said, seriously this time. "For taking care of Haki for the night."

Remi walked over to the counter and picked up Gavin. It probably was about time for them to leave. As tactless as ever, Gavin belched. Sighing in resignation for her son's manners. She turned back to Marc.
"It wasn't any problem at all," she smiled. "In fact I think they both quite enjoyed it. If she ever wants to come over again we'd both be glad. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast."
Then another thought popped into her head.
"Er, when should I expect the uniform?"

Hadrian seemed more amused by Gavin's tactlessness then anything else. After all, he was a toddler; one coudln't expect a toddler to be completely polite.
"It was nice having you over for breakfest, and I'm sure Haki enjoyed having another child over."
What child wouldn't? Well.

Marc smiled. "You'll get it in the mail." he said, not really answering her question. What was the point? He wanted it to be a surprise. "As soon as I can manage it."
Haki stared up, and seeing Gavin be lifted away, brushed her hands against the shirt. "Bye bye." she said, somewhat bewildered.
Wait. They weren't going to stay? Forever? What was up with that?!

Gavin waved back at Haki. "Bye bye!"
Then he hiccuped, the force of which knocking out one more feather from his wings. Think of it as a parting gift.
"Alright then," Remi said a bit nervously. Then she nodded at both of them with a smile. "Thanks again for breakfast. It was really nice meeting both of you. Goodbye then!"
She headed toward the door, shifted Gavin to another arm, and made her way outside and back to her apartment.
