Do any of you know if these two techniques require steel or can they be created from nothing?
Hagane Secret Art: Creation of the Airon Fortress: 1500 Skill Points
Hagane Secret Art: Creation of the Airon Soldier: 2000 Skill Points

Maddiox 3 Yeah, I'm fresh out of the academy and I wanna fight! Where do I go to fight?! Well you need to go to one of the village thread and then you can: 1) - either train some more... I recommend this. 2) - meet someone and fight with them 3) - read the storyline thread and join in

Creation of fortress thing is like creating a fortess of metal I beleive. Creation of soldier is something like creating metal bodies that you can control with your chakra.

yup, its like the shadow clones but made from chakra and are only limited by how much chakra you can mold and use to create them

I notice there are techniques of Raiga not on the list. How do I go about learning Lightning Strike Armour/Raigeki no Yoroi? Or the lightning ball thing?

I've also got a question:
If someone were to become a 'sannin' (Assuming you can, although i dont see it on the ninja ranks)
Would it bepossible to learn techniques from that person?
(I.E.)
Spliff become a Sannin
Jiff wants to learn a technique created by spliff
Spliff trains and teaches Jiff the techniqe
Jiff learns the technique after 30 posts. (15 posts from sannin, 15posts frompupil)

Actually, those techniques have been given to another character in the Hidden Cloud. To train those techniques, go here : Lightning Ball, Lightning Strike, Etc.

hurdy13 The jutsu he has are listed in Hidden Mist MY question:What is Mist Instantaneous Body Skill?and what is Instantaneous Water Body Skill?1) Mist instantaneous Body Skill is the body flicker except using the art of mist with it. 2) Same thing applies here, accept for water. Pretty much anything that says 'Instantaneous Body Skill' in it can be referred to as 'Shunshin no Jutsu', or Body Flicker.
