It is already tomorrow. Hold on, it's today today or else we wouldn't call it today so tomorrow can never come because each day would be today when we get to it. There is no time but the present! So they'll never come because if they say they'll come tomorrow, ther is no tomorrow because each day as we come to it is today!

Riceraider Steel thunder That would be good, and we have a head start in posts, but I like the group we have here of pretty literate posters. Random semi-fact: Do you know what the least-used emoticon is? idea General Interesting factsA suggestion: i think we should have is a Ancient language class biggrin We would need a teacher that really knows what they're talking about and has organization skills. :3

I'll speak for her here. No. No, she doesn't. She has no patience for anything pertaining to teaching. She just doesn't care (at least from my perspective).

Chii11 I would love you to tell me if you think something should be changed or added to this guild. Maybe a rule or thread? Anything really. Tell me what you think! ^^ PROBLEM HERE: Everytime a thread is opened, the subject lasts for a few pages, then is totally ignored and people tlk about, I dunno, cheese, and when others post about the subject in the title, they get scolded... FOR RESPECTING THE DANG RULES?! I'm sorry, but this doesn't make sense to me. AT ALL.

They don't get scolded, they get thanked. We like itwhen we are back on topic, but exactly how long do you expect us to keep talking about one thing? We want to keep in touch, and the threads and guild alive, thus, we talk about random stuf until something new is released or some has something new to say about the topic.

No, they don't get scolded. That's an exageration. And steel is right. If we were to talk about Eragon/Eldest ONLY, this guild would be dead. How much can we conjure up about two books? And how boring would it be without the excentricity of going to a thread and finding something other than the topic? What's wrong with cheese anyway? And we do thank people who get us back on topic. It's just tha tit's only us regulars who come here and post and we've all added our on topic opinions to the threads.
It's like when you're talking with someone normally, you don't just stay on the one topic all the time, there are things that provoke your memory and make you say something else which is related to the conversation but not to the topic.
So we are on conversation but not on topic because it's impossible to stay completely on topic all the time lest us mods worked overtime to delete posts that were not on topic but may have been on conversation. Make any sense? Besides, isn't it more fun to have different conversations instead of the same thing all the time?

-_- I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but I'm just saying that if we open up a thread, it should be for only 3 pages then totally diverge until the subject isn't even recognisable... That and that almost EVERY SINGLE THREAD is like that...
And I haven't seen people being thanked for bringing a topic back on suject, only being yelled at for trying to do the right thing...
Again, -_-

Caps equals yelling in chat-speak. And we do not yell at them. Not ever. I can't remember even one time where anyone got yelled at or yelled at someone for getting us back on topic. And also since we don't have all our active member in one time zone, it may take a couple of days communicate back and forth. Thus we cannot keep the same mindset (that's impossible) as we had the last time that particular person was posting. Thus new ideas come up and we diverge from the topc. I see nothing wrong with that.
