Yawning mightily, Riverfire pushed aside the flap seperating her side of the teepee from her adoptive sister Celei. The strong scent of burning cedar and rich herbs made her eyes water, but she did not find the scent at all distasteful.
Not when it kept her sister awake and active; a rare thing these days as the woman's illness grew steadily worse.
However, once her eyes adjusted she found a surprising scene. Celei was not only awake, but busy! In her hands the a set of shells was being polished until they glittered in the firelight like polished gems. Unable to resist a smile at seeing the older native woman's early-morning productivity, Riverfire sat down next to a pile of deerhide and wild-goose down.
"So I take it you were serious about reopening the trading post?"
Looking up from her task, Celei nodded once, and smiled faintly. "Yes, I'd like to make some of these lovely shells into jewelry, and with you to help I won't have to worry about doing more then shine these shells and braid the strings yes?"
Riverfire smiled at that, and opted not to say a thing as she stood and ducked outside to flip the sign.

- OpenA note about the shiney-ness. These are not gemstones, they are SHELLS that have been ubar rubbed and shined by the ailing Celei until they resemble gems. If you want shiney, let Riverfire know in your color selections. Shiney-ness is also available for metallic string/bands/earrings. Just ask, and no.. you don't have to pay extra for it. RL Cele loves her dodge tool. <3
Also: Necklaces are available for soquili who lack dreamcatchers around their necks. Please follow the prices in Tasunke's thread if you decide to get a necklace.
