Shifty didn't hear what Parth said but didn't have to. As long as he was awake, he threatened his mission. Luckily, he wasn't awake long enough to give too much away, if anything.

Seshiro began chanting. As he chanted the waves that were coming in grew stronger and stronger almost as though they were coming alive. Then, at the end of his chanting, his eyes snapped open and the water splashed apart as a great sea dragon arose and stared at Seshiro and the others. "Drachon Lerosh Dafacht!?" The great dragon roared. Seshiro spoke loudly, but calmly,"Great Dragon, we come to you asking that you cleanse us of our past grievances and wipe the evil from our hearts." The dragon stared at the group for a few moments and left its eyes to lay upon Shifty.

Inside, Shifty had hoped that maybe it could get rid of the other soul fighting with his own on the inside but he didn't know. his master's spirit was racking his body with pain and he had been winning over Shifty's soul. "What is this?" he asked.

The dragon continued staring at Shifty and started to glow a gentle deep sea blue. It sent a telepathic message to Shifty in a sweet melodic tone, Child of the shadows, I can see that you are consisting of two souls, one of which is natural and another which is not. My question for you is this: Are you wanting the unnatural soul to be purged and destroyed or are you wishing for your two souls to become one? That will be all that I can do for your group, and I will return to the sea afterwards to rest. It is your decision.

Shifty wanted the other to be gone and yet at the same time he didn't and it confused him horribly. "I'd like to keep it." the second soul said through him.

Shifty winced at the loud roar in his head. "Destroy it before I really screw my life up." he asked.

The dragon raises up and begins swaying like a serpent and glows a deep sea blue. The second soul inside of Shifty, the one of his master, is drawn out by the dragon and surrounded by a deathly blue aura. As the dragon continues swaying, the soul begins to be torn apart.

Shifty's body starts feeling lighter as the soul leaves him. He closes his eyes and falls all the way into the water, head under and eveything, not drowning but sleeping.

As the dragon tore the soul apart Seshiro could feel the soul's anguish and it nearly crippled him. He fell to his knees because of the overpowering emotions, grabbed his head and roared. The dragon finally finished tearing the soul apart and Seshiro almost fell over, his head swimming as he watched the dragon return to the depths of the sea. He sensed another presence, one of hatred, but he could not concentrate on it and instead crawled back to the beach on hands and knees, coughing and sputtering the whole way there.

Shifty's head tore out of the water and he started choking from being under water so long. He spit out alot of salt water and then looked at the others. As he walked out of the sea, he could feel his body seeming much lighter with each footstep and his heart didn't feel like it was being squeezed in a vice. He could feel a presence besides the ones there and frowned. "Im clean now. I wont hurt my friends." he whispered.

Takara stood there in shocked seeing the dragon coming force from the waters, then she watched as things continued to progress. Fear gripping her heart for she knew something terrible was going to happen. Looking back at Seshiro as he made it back to the shore she slowly followed him, hoping that he could tell her exactly what had just taken place. "Seshiro?" she softly said as she approached him.
