Yes, go you. I just got my better clarinet back from repairs. It rocks now. It is now better than my old one in all respects, except durability, which is why I still march with my old one.

what brand is your new and old one?

I'm not sure about the old one; I don't have it in front of me. The new one's a Buffet E11. It's made of wood, but the old one is plastic, and that's why it's more durable.

You have an E11? I have have an E14, it's my new baby. I was going to get an R13, but they where out and I didn't have the patience to wait. Erg, I kind of regret it. . . but it's a great one.

Anyone who marches with a wooden clarinet is INSANE. That's all I have to say. x.x;

Really? Agh. . . then again. They aren't cheap. =/ I got mine as a graduation present. The schools I've gone to anyway have had loner clarinets for marching season. It's handy, the weather can be brutal towards a clarinet. My first one being proof, the pieces won't even fit together anymore. Poor Cleo, may she rest in pieces.

Ah, cool. Thats a lot like the one's my old highschool just bought. =/ They bought the new uniforms for the year after I graduated. -Jealous-
