And that sucks sad I live in the US... I say that you should be paid for time that you work... otherwise people could just hire a string of people for the two week trial period and never have to pay for labour, and that's just not right. I think anyways....

Ah I decided I didn't really like the way that one was looking ^^;; I still kinda like the pose idea, but the doodle wasn't turning out right. I'm gonna go redo it sometime in the not too distant future.

And! I got a new kitty ^^ She's so adorable too! Meg and Terra are still adjusting to her though ^^;; They're reacting more or less how I thought they would. Terra is the most at conflict with her, he'll happen upon her and then they'll have a little stand off, staring each other down ^^; It eventually ends with Terra running away ^^; As for Meg, she refuses to acknowledge that there's another cat ^^; The second she sees her, she turns around and goes back to wherever whe was before ^^; If forced to confront her, Meg hisses at her fairly menacingly and slinks away as fast as you let her. I'm pretty sure they're all get along just fine after a couple days ^^;

^__^ We've named the new kitty Matsuri ^^ A cookie if you can guess who she's named after~ And Meg and Terra are slowly starting to warm up to her ^^ Meg has gone from not being able to stand being in the same room to sometimes sniffing her nose to nose before hissing and sulking away ^^;; Terra is still a little scared of her (funny, a full grown, 15 pound male cat being afraid of a 4 pound female kitten ^^;; ). Mostly he tries to sniff her, and as soon as she looks at him he darts into his tent. Sometimes he just stares at her from across the room, but at least he no longer hisses or bats at her. Brian thinks that as soon as Terra fully accepts her as a part of the family, Meg will follow suit. I think he's probably right.

And geeze it's cold in here! For some reason the heater isn't working in our building ;___; The caretaker thinks that someone f-ed up fixing the heating system a while back and it's near impossible to bleed the radiator lines or something, and no one is getting heat x___x If it keeps up this way, I might just go see about spending the weekend at Mom's place (who is in Hawaii right now ;___; She says it's like, 80 degrees down there ;____; )

Haha ^^ Last night Brian told me that he thought that Matsuri liked Terra cause she was trying to rub up against him ^^ I reminded him then that that was how all the younger cats greeted the alpha male in the place we got her from, so I think she just recognizes Terra as being the new alpha male ^^ What's really silly about it though is that Terra has never been in a cat community like she has, so he doesn't enderstand what she's trying to do, and runs away from her ^^;; They're so silly~

And Matsuri is starting to gain some weight ^^ We've only had her for what, three days now? Every time I see her in the kitchen, she's eating. Which is good ^^ You can't feel all her little ribs anymore (she was barely more than bones and fur when we brought her home, although strangely enough her fur was still really soft) but you can still feel her bony butt. I'm sure she'll gain more weight as time goes on ^^ And her fur is starting to get super silky soft *___* She's gonna have even nicer fur than Meg, and Megs fur is pretty nice and soft.

She keeps knocking stuff off my computer desk... maybe I should clean this thing....
