Kitty nodded, and uncurled her self from her chair. " If you'll excuse me i see someone i'd like to say hi too." SHe said as she stood up and walked to ward Mei.

"later kitty, nice talking with you" Hobo called over one of the maids to get another drink "it's been awhile and i never realised that they were identical, i just thought that they were close enough to where i could mix up their faces easily" he said as he munched on some of the food the maid brought instead of drinks

Stopping as she saw Catzi wave and Adrian respond, Jessi wove her way in his direction instead.
Finally reaching him, she extended her hand and smiled. "Hi, I'm Jessi. I don't believe we've met, but Catzi's mentioned you before."

Running a hand through his hair he wondered if anyone had actually seen him come in. His eyes scanned the room and noticed his friend, Kitty, walking towards him. Lifting a hand he waved at her, "hello Kitty, been having fun I hope" he said.

Smiling Mei hugged Kitty back, "well, that's certainly good I suppose. Myself, I was rather begged to come, Catzi-lady gave me puppy eyes. ME, PUPPY eyes" he said with a laugh. The irony.

Withdrawing her hand, she used it to gesture at the crowd. "Unlike most of the people here, I haven't been at the party all that long. I've only recently arrived." Smiling, Jessi shook her head. "Walking in to gunfire is not exactly what I was envisioning, however."

"Get in here!" Mako yelled back over his shoulder as he walked through the main entrance of the house. His glare, however, lacked the conviction of his voice. Oh well, he'd get both down eventually, either that or Lucavi would end up killing him, he figured. But soon his breath was taken away as he looked at his surroundings. Needless to say, they were much more immaculate than his own home. "Wooow..."

"i used to believe that one of my brothers was a mutant, just cuz we watched cartoons to often" hobo nodded in memory of his adopted family. laughing he added "that and i never really interacted much with people when i was reading all the time"

"Ah." Adrian chuckled. "No, I suppose that's not the most ideal thing to walk in on. Things have been pretty tame aside from that, though. Let's hope no one enters with any great explosions of some sort."
He jestured to the empty chairs beside him. "Please, have a seat. What is it you do, Miss Jessi?"
Malachite made a face at Catzi's first statement, but quickly replaced it with his usual smile. "Don't worry about it," he said, reaching over to give the lady a hug, "I'm not expecting to win anything, so it's all good."
