I think somewhere they show a clip of Zach giving Cloud his sword. but i do know for sure it was Zach's.

confused actually the sowrd cant really WEIGH a ton cuz i mean come on sure cloud uses big weapons but when u look at him he doesnt look like he visits the gymn everyday stare
its kinda obvious the sword must be made of something light, and im just as curious "where" does cloud get the new sword?

In FFVII, when I was a total FF noob (lol, willing to admit it) the Buster Sword was awesome!! And even though I'm no longer a noob, it's still a cool sword. As for the AC one, I kinda figured out that it was the Buster Sword with a new design when I saw that Cloud was located at the spot where Zack died. A few seconds worth of thinking and I realized "That's the spot where Zack died, and Cloud took the Buster Sword from Zack at that very spot, so that must be the Buster Sword he is using to mark the spot."
I'm just anticipating the release of the FFVII remake, though I can't remember, is it for PS3 or PSP?

This would be easier if you'd state which sword you're speaking of, though I'm just going to assume you're talking about his buster sword.
He got it after Zack was shot and killed by Shinra soldiers.
