Not anime/manga related, but in the 2005 series of Doctor Who, Jack just SCREAMS innuendo.
In episode 10:
Rose: "Are the words 'distract the guard' pointed in my general direction?"
Jack: "No, I know that guy... You're not his type, believe me... I'll distract him." *goes to see guard*
Rose: *shocked and confused*
Doctor: "Don't look that way. He's a 51st century guy. He's just a bit more flexible when it comes to dancing."
Rose: "How flexible?"
Doctor: "Well, by his time you lot have spread out throughout the galaxy."
Rose: "Meaning...?"
Doctor: "So many species, so little time..."
Rose: "So that's what we do when we get out there? We just find other species, and..."
Doctor: *grins* "Dance."
Okay, that was less suggestive and more totaly obvious, but this IS Jack we're talking about.

Omg, there's this really old MS Dos game called Inca that I used to play a lot when I was younger. Now, I can't get it to play on my computer anymore, but it's one of those games that if you stick it in a CD player, the second track will play some music from the game.
Now, Inca has a little bit extra on that second track, in that it also has the DIALOGUE from the game recorded on it.
So even though I don't remember much about the plot, I can still listen to it and laugh at the fact that they all sound like they're from Quebec. (Except for the Spanish guy who actually sounds Spanish... And he actually has a really sexy voice. *drools*)
So, anyway, my point is, at one point, the bad guy, Aguire (sexy-sounding Spanish guy), says something along the lines of "You're rather nervous. Hey, small fry, you're not enjoying yourself?"
I just about died laughing. XD
And actually, just about everything he says sounds like he's trying to get the main character in bed. lol. (Although from what I remember, he's actually just really greedy and wants the treasures of the Inca, and knows that if he has the main character, El Dorato, on his side, he'll have an easier time getting it... But when he uses lines like "I'm very... powerfull..." to try and get you to join him... xd
