Mia looked at her watch. They've failed me. She knew that she need to go underground if she didn't want to be caught for this. She ran out of the building and began to head for the forest.
The nekos in the prison wake up and begin to panic. "What do we do?," one of them was freaking out, "if commander finds out--"
"Commander won't find out. As long as we don't say anything about it, commander will never know." The neko from the first assualt on the officer spoke. "Commander knows that we've failed by now. Probably already taken off to lay low for awhile."

"tsk, fine." He gets up from the floor and holds his hands behind his back. The other nekos in the cell sit there and don't look at the officer or the standing neko. "I'm ready," he says.

He laughs a little, "this is a joke." He keeps his head down to hide the smile on his face. He keeps moving forward never changing his speed.

"alright, alright," He lies down on the bed, placing himself in the position so that she can strap him. "ready when you are."

When he was released outside, he looked around. He saw the semi-burnt building up the street. Wonder what happened... Everything was gone. He didn't remember a thing.
Mia watched him from a high limb in a tree far off in the distance. One of these days, miss peace-and-love, everything will come crashing down on you. You can't just erase everything. Remnants always remain. They just need to be stimulated and they'll be back in full force. A male neko climbed up to a branch only a few feet below her. He had silver hair with silver cat ears and tails. "What do you want our course of action to be, Sister?"
"We'll wait awhile. Then when our failure has been forgotten or hidden enough, we'll continue with what we started. Except, we'll take a different target beside their weapons."
"I'll work on gathering forces until that time comes. I'll be careful when doing it, Sister. I won't fail as Lance has."
"I expect you not to, Brother. I would be saddened if you were to fail."
They continued to watch Lance and the town from the top of their tree.

Brother returns to a camp that is higer up in the forest. The camp has over 50 nekos walking around making preparations. Brother has a bag slung over his back. He makes his way to a tent in the center of the camp. Mia comes out of the tent. "I brought what you wanted, Sister. 200 of them."
"Good job, Brother." Mia opens the bag and looks in to check. In the bag, there are 200 medical needles. "Where'd you acquire them, Brother?"
"I convinced towns people to give me they're used ones. I also managed to steal some from the hospital. They never knew that I did it."
"Excellent. Hey," She motions towards the group, "I need a dozen of you to do this." A dozen nekos stop what they are doing and come over. She hands one of them the bag, "Get the tranq bottles and fill these up."
They bow and turn around to get the bottles from another tent. Brother looks at Mia, "Sister. When are we going to attack?"
"Soon, Brother, soon. We need to make sure that we have all we need and then...," She looks towards the town, "we show them that the peace is never kept."

"Who said we were going to attack federal property? Company!" Mia raised her right hand in the air. All of her nekos stood up and raised there hands as well. "Scatter!" All of her nekos, including herself and her brother, teleport out of the area. They reappear in a secret underground rebel area. All of the rebel nekos in there look at Mia's group. They see Mia and bow to her. "Friends of war! We have remained dormant for far too long. We need to assert our cause now or we will never be heard. My friends, we need to come out of hiding and show this community that peace has never existed and never will exist when we are under human control. Rise up! Show these 'authorities' of ours that no neko is safe in this cage of ours. Go! Show them what you can do!" All of the nekos in the underground jump up. The appear above the surface of the ground just outside of town. They begin to spread over the town causing all sorts of damage.
Mia and her brother are still underground. "Sister, what should we do? That awful officer will find us soon."
"We will change our ways and not be noticable to her, Brother."
Mia grabs cloaks and garbs from the near by closets and tables. The two of them put them on and end up looking like a pair of ill* nekos. They leap up from the rebel base and move towards a broken down building.

(*- by ill I mean sick and covering up most of their body so as to not get others sick and to keep warm.)
