Kaosu had no time for grace.
Instead, he dashed forward through the heavy brush around him, creating enough noise to make alert to even a near-deaf person. I could have just sworn I saw Tsai a moment ago...I'm pretty sure he went this way.
But, as he was still 'crashing' through the brush, he heard a chant. He stopped for a minute and listened in.
".. ruler, mask of flesh and blood, all creations of the universe, fluttering of the wings......" Kaosu crouched low, wondering why someone would be incanting a spell all the way out in..
In...
Somewhere.
"Fat fish, ugly monkeys, draining husbandbeaters..."
"Wiccan christians, loving frogs, tree-humping hollows-"
What? Kaosu sheathed his zanpaku-to. What in the name of all that's magical is...whoever that is...trying to do?
Kaosu kicked a bush aside as he made his entrance into the clearing, quickly noting Tsai's backside and Ugu still rosy-cheeked from his laughter.
"Man, I bet you guys couldn't tell I was coming. I could feel it." Kaosu chuckled as he approached the two fellow shinigami. "So, what are we all doing out here in a..."
Kaosu took a long, slow look around. "Now just where in the hell are we?"

"Ah.." 'Kaosu, if I recall correctly. Yes. That's him.' "We're far away from Soul Society, Kaosu. So far away that Shinigami patrols don't look here. Ever." The elder shinigami laughed, again, as he took a deep breath. The forest's spirit particle-heavy air stung his lungs as his chest rose and fell. "So you two are both lost, far away from Soul Society, and without an inkling of an direction? And you found me by some random act of deus ex machina?"
"This couldn't have worked out better. Would you guys be up for a lil' field trip?"

"Deus ex..machine? Don't be talking gibberish now, Humbra." Kaosu scratched his head. People and the way they talk...too weird sometimes.
"Field trip, huh? Sounds childish, but I'm in. Nothing better to do." Kaosu grinned, showing his dominant canines. "What'll we be doin' in this field trip? Chopping things?" Kaosu pretended to chop some invisible foe. "A vanquishable one, I hope. Maybe a hollow. Or some super-strong spirit maybe? Sounds good." Kaosu stood close to Ugu.
"So, when we goin'?"

Tsai was interested in the Deus Ex Machine, he had never seen one before. "A patrol maybe?" Tsai thought. "It'd probably be a good thing for us to experience more time in the real world as shinigami and maybe do a few random patrols around the area so we get the feel don't you think so Ugu-sensei?" Tsai asked as he grabbed his bag and flung it over his shoulder.
Tsai chuckled at Kaosu's comment of chopping things. "Wasn't the training we did enough to tire you out for a few days?" Tsai laughed.

He laughed at the comments made by the two students. ".. Deus ex machina is a latin term for 'god from the machine', Kaosu. It's a term used for stories, and books, that have twists to force a certain situation to happen. It's a Greek thing." Placing his left hand on the hilt on his left hip, the shinigami he smiled. "A small expedition to the real world to get you guys some experience fighting hollows. Nothing serious, neh?"

"It won't do much harm," Tsai smirked as he said this. He was excited, it was his first time visiting the mortal world after becoming a shinigami. He wondered what had changed but how would they get there was all he had on his mind.
"Ugu-sensei how do you suppose we get there?" he asked. "And what else are we doing there besides hollow duties?" he continued on with the questions.

"We go through the senkaimon, Tsai. And we'll just be removing a hollow or two before returning to Soul Society." The teacher continued to smile as he approached the two students. "Before going, though.. Would you two like to know anything about hollows? Or have you covered that at school?"

"I'm pretty much covered, I've done quite a bit of research during the breaks between the classes," Tsai replied as he waited for Kaosu to answer. Tsai was also pretty much packed up for the trip to the mortal realm but really didn't need all the stuff he had in his bag.
"Senkaimon eh? First time going through that thing, wonder how it's like?" Tsai pondered. He looked around.
"Which direction will we be going?"

"Well, we really haven't covered it in classes much. I've seen a few, beat a few. I know enough to beat 'em up. Opposite Tsai here, I don't really study much." Kaosu scratched the back of his head. "I should really get onto that."
"I've heard about the senkaimon though. Sounds good." Kaosu winked. "Let's get this party started."

Tsai nodded as he followed Ugu-sensei to the senkaimon. He was rather excited that he had the chance to view the mortal world now and continue his research on hollows. Due to the lack of hollow encounters Tsai hasn't been able to do much except research off his memory of the Digger and Two-faced whom sadly escaped, and books.
But now he was given the chance, he use this time to do more research.

"Ah. Follow me, then. Be sure not to get lost." The man made a quick shunpo to the other side of the field. He waved at the two as he ran into the thick forest around the clearing. His sandalled feet tapped against the ground as he jogged toward the bright white towers of Soul Society.

Tsai dropped his stuff, grabbed a black coat. He sent a Hell Butterfly to the Lin Manor to tell them to pick up his stuff and chased after Ugu-sensei. The mortal world was probably going to be cold, since it was the middle of winter, so the coat would do quite well. Kaosu would probably be quite surprised that the weather in the mortal world could also be as terrifying as a powerful enemy.

YEAHaw! Kaosu roared, and gave chase. "This is going to be the bomb!"
"Ready or not, mortal world, here I come!" He yelled as he followed Ugu's steps.

The shinigami shunpoed into the clearing- seemingly appearing out of no where. His feet touched down in the centre of the field where he found a lone hollow. He had, by chance alone, appeared beside the the black demon, to where he found he went unbeknownst by the lone spirit. Then the creature, upon finally sensing the shinigami, reeled backwards and attempted to smash its claws into the giant shinigami.

The claws were blocked by a silver flash. Ugu was retrieved his zanpakutou from its sheath and blocked the hollow's fierce attack. Without taking another moment the shinigami twisted his zanpakutou to shift his opponent's claws away. Once they were pushed away he'd stab his sword toward the monster's white mask.
