Oooh, that's a good way to find different artists. I'll be sure to check amazon more often. My parents raised me on Rock and Roll, and all sorts of "black pleople music" from swing and jive to soul and blues. I listen to all kinds of music now, and I really do mean that when I say it, but my focus tends to go through phases. A couple years back I was big into Reggae, and I've moved though may other genres including techno and electronica, a fling with J-rock, even a thing for Opera, and now it seems I'm on Hip hop. I'll check out your songs, and share my awsome band that no one seems to know about, The Cat Empire. They're from Australia orriginally, and they're very upbeat in most of their work. Check out Days like These, Sly, The Rythem, or... well actually I adore all of their songs xd

If you download any James Blunt, make sure you get No Bravery. It's a downer, but it is so incredible.

well actually my downloading program kind of sucks. It's good for getting entire albums at once, but for finding individual songs it's definitely not the greatest. What are you using to download?

I love opera. For my 18th birthday my parents' suprised me with a ticket to Don Giovanni that very night. Best birthday present ever. heart
We used to get season tickets to any opera that was Mozart particularly, my parents are really big on Mozart. Probably why Amadeus is my favourite movie, ever since I first saw it (around the age of 5)... which is also why I have always wanted to go to Vienna.

Aww man, I'm so jealous. I've allways enjoyed theater and musical concerts, and want to see an opera or ballet but there's nothing like that around here at all. Actually, far from buying me tickets, I think my parents would kick me out of their house if I told them that sweatdrop

Hmm, Limewire is what was allready on this computer, my brother's. I tried it a bit a while back but wasn't looking for anything in particular and didn't really get the feel of it. I figured that it wasn't that good because most of the songs he allready had on here were glitchy and extremely poor quality. I'll give it another shot though.

Gninja Aww man, I'm so jealous. I've allways enjoyed theater and musical concerts, and want to see an opera or ballet but there's nothing like that around here at all. Actually, far from buying me tickets, I think my parents would kick me out of their house if I told them that sweatdrop Why? You really aught to move here, then, and then you could catch all kinds of awesome shows. Like Bard on the Beach, which is exactly was it sounds... a production of Shakespeare done in a tent on the beach. I like the theater too.... Charlie's Aunt (HILARIOUS!) and She Stoops to Conquer are particularly good 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding

On my other computer (Zombie Jesus, who's harddrive is touchy) I used Kazaa Lite. I was happy with it, even with all the glitched songs. On my new computer though, Kazaa wouldn't work with my new firewall. So I got Limewire. I haven't had a glitchy song since, nothing screams at me half way through. The only problem I have is that it seems that I can't find as many things on it as I could on Kazaa, but I guess it's because EVERYONE used kazaa, so you could find anything.
Something that would happen to me all the time on Kazaa was spoofed items. I would download a song on video, and it would turn out to be porn. gonk The only one I get now is on Limewire, sometimes I get this damn ad that has a Bill Clinton theme. Tacky and annoying, but I don't get it that often to care much.

I could get into it, but there's alot there and it's probably a topic best saved for another time. Actually I'm moving down to Campbell River on Vancouver Island for a job this summer, so maybe I can make a trip over sometime to catch something. 3nodding
