Just a quick reminder. 3nodding
Please remember that we can't use donations submitted on our Main Page. We can't withdraw from the guild account - it's only there to purchase sub-forums, which we have enough of already. gonk
If you wish to donate for contests, giveaways, birthdays and the newsletter, then please send a trade to The_Blessed_Mule.
Thanks!

I hope you guys had a great Samhain/Beltane! whee Have a great year, all of you in the Northern Hemisphere. 3nodding
We've updated our Sabbat Scrapbook with the proceeds of the guestbook~! When I get home, I'll make the badges for those who took part to thank you guys.
On another note, the newsletter will be coming out soon - and we really need you guys to give us feedback on the last newsletter. And whereabouts are the survey results we begged for in it, hmm? [poke poke]

We've come to a decision on who are newest Mod Squad member is.
Congratulations Vix! It's great to have you on our team.
Thank you very much for all those who took part in submitting. The decision was incredibly hard to make, you guys are all great! If we ever need someone else, we know who to call.
EDIT: On another note, there is now a Moved Threads Database in The Memoirs Subforum. If you've been away for a few days, and can't find your favourite thread, take a look - all threads that have been moved will be listed, telling you where they were moved, and why. smile

The member names list and the member birthdays list in the "The Sitting Room" subforum have been updated. They both include every last one of our members' usernames and there are 2 seperate lists in each one-- one for the people whose names and birthdays we already know and one for the people whose names and birthdays we don't yet know. It would be greatly appreciated if you would stop by both of these threads and make sure that you're on the first list in each thread (the list that includes the people whose names and birthdays we know). Here are the links to the threads: Member Names ListMember Birthdays ListThank you all!

I've noticed that a lot of people frequently change their usernames, which is definetly okay. But, for us to be able to send you something on your birthday (if you're on the birthday list) we have to have the correct username. Or for us to be able to match the right name with the right username (if you're on the member's name list), but how can we do this if we don't know that you've changed it? Also, how the heck would we know who you are if we don't know you've changed your username? We'd probably just think that you were a member who we haven't seen posting around yet. So, if you all wouldn't mind, if/when you change your username, could you please notify one of the crew members (it'd probably be better to PM the guild mule). It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This is just to let everyone know that the Member's Names list in The Sitting Room subforum and the Birthday list in The Sitting Room subforum have been updated. We (the Mod Squad) would greatly appreciate it if you could all stop by those two threads and make sure that you're on the lists (you do get a gift on your birthday, but only if we know what day and month it's on!)

Most of the contests in the Main Hall are now [Tada!] open. Copy Cat! and the Poetry contest are newly awaiting entries. Rune De-Code, the Lottery and the Spell of the Month are still open. Also, Works Of Fiction just went into voting-mode, so if you have a few minutes, I would suggest stopping by because the stories make for some very enjoyable reading material. smile

Okay everyone, the time has come... we've finally reached 10,000 posts!! The lucky poster is believed to be Fenrir Fenris at 1:01 pm! (I'm 100% positive that it was that person). How can I be so positive you ask? Because at the time I checked there was only 10k posts in the guild (I made the 10,001 post in the Council HQ) and that was the most recent post that I could find.
That being said.... the Mod Squad is currently planning a BIG 10k post party! I'm not sure what all is going to be included in the party quite just yet (as I said, we're still setting it up), but I can promise you all that there will be prizes.... lots and lots of prizes!
We haven't set an exact date or length for the party yet, so we will make an announcement as soon as we've come to a decision!
So be on the look out for more information which will be coming at you guys as soon as possible!!

Hey guys - it's finally here! At long, long last, we've hit 10,000 posts, and so to celebrate, we're having a 10k post party! It starts on New Years Day, and runs for one action filled week! The party itself will be held in the Main Hall, where contests will be run, spot prizes will be given, sillynesss will flourish, and a massive 10k will be given to one lucky member! Oh boy! xd What've you got to lose? Just come along and join in the fun! The party starts on: January 1, 2007 The party ends on: January 8, 2007 Guilds that are joining our party: Coven of the Mystic FlameTales of a JourneyOur guest of honor is: Fenrir Fenris, for posting the 10,000th post! This lucky poster will receive a prize of 5k gold for being posting the 10k post! Congratulations! Edit: And to those of you who got an invitation (people who had at least 30 posts), I accidently put the wrong year on it. It should say "2007" instead of "2006". Sorry if I confused anyone.
