Ruby heard the boom and ran over to the source, finding Miran on the ground. She nudged him with her foot. "whatdja do that for?"

Grumbles and shakes his head getting up slowly. ".....grr...damn wind....and I had almost had those little rioting demons smoked too." He says shaking himself off

Ruby laughed, and helped to pull him up. "Almost reminds me of Hell-land, I might have to tell you 'bout that sometime." She glanced back at the some of the others who heard the noise, and then back at Miran. "Now go on back there, clean yerself up, you don't like you can go tumble outside anymore. And I'm sure Erica's got somethin' to feed you at least."
She smiled, her dimple a small spot on her cheak. "I myself, will be goin' out fer a bit too. T'help some of the other folks out there."
She turned around, figuring she could use Miran's whole as a doorway. With gentle skip to her step she bounded up the rubble, careful not to step on any sharp stones with her bare feet.
She took a minute to turn around and gave a wave to the rest of the people in the HQ, "Bye, all of you, be safe an' all that." And for a moment she frowned, having an odd feeling in the pit of her stomache, and wondered absently if she would be coming back.
But in typical Ruby fashion, she pushed it from her mind and headed out, her short red curls bouncing like little pom-poms.
( crying )

"Hold on, Streak" Erica spoke up from the doorway. "That's not the best way to be doing anything, Ruby's running right into things like she always does, but I suggest you go about things with a more carefully thought plan."

"My plan is, when Ruby sees someone that needs healing, to bring them to her, in a place out of the crossfire, so that they don't get hurt again while she's healing them. I should be able to manage that, with my speed. Ruby can keep an eye on my back while I'm making a pickup. I'll be sure to report in to you regularly - I still have your number in my phone. Do I have your permission to follow this plan, Sufferance?"

He rose, and looked to one of the crumbling walls, and grabbed his sword, "I shall return." "Get it, I think not. Get rid of it. Someone brought it here, and gave it use. I intend on driving this puppeteer out of Haven." He replied, and kissed his wife gently, "Do not worry."
