Hello, my Flower Fairy. Staying out in the sunlight without some form of protection is not a good idea as its UV Rays can hurt you and your skin. That's why its a good idea to wear a hat and sunscreen when you're going to be in the Summer Sun for a while. Right, Espoir? Modimus said as he sat next to his beloved to watch the Pipers.

This is called a Bike Helmet and you should always wear one when you ride a bicycle, because if people don't, they could fall off you bike & hurt their heads, and its no fun at all. Bike Helmets can really lend a helping hand.
I mean, adventurer's armor is good but since the viewers don't have adventurer's armor like me, be sure to go out with a helmet when riding a pedal vehicle.
So remember to wear a bike helmet when riding a Bicycle.

Turn off the lights in your home when you DON'T need them.
Get Plenty off sleep at a reasonable time allotted & drink plenty of water.
When walking a short distance, do not be afraid to walk or ride a bike. Its good for you and the planet, so don't overwork yourself late at night to the point of being very tried in the morning or hurt yourself when sleeping.

Such as our oceans, where greedy people who take down thousands of animals like birds, turtles and dolphins as they catch them while threatening the jobs of those who need the ocean properly & care about it.
