He noticed Strider waiting for him outside the hospital but when she helped wheel him to the limo, he did get up, "Hey Strider, how are you feeling?" He asked kindly to her to make sure she was doing okay." He said kindly hoping she hadnt lost any sleep worrying about him or anything.

" I am fine love , I hope that you are feeling better after recovering from that fight? There will be a huge meal prepared in honor of your return to the castle Cody , I hope that you are hungry " she replied to Cody as he was getting into the limo and sat next to him in the back seat.

Cody nodded to her as his stomach growled in response but as they sat in the car with her he looked at her softly, "So we are really doing this huh?" He asked softly to her about being married and him being her prince, or king, or in general her spouse, "Im not having second thoughts or anything... im just nervous is all... i never thought a woman like you would be interested in me and it feels like a heavy burden to take but I feel like im ready." He stated softly.

HealingAssass1n Cody nodded to her as his stomach growled in response but as they sat in the car with her he looked at her softly, "So we are really doing this huh?" He asked softly to her about being married and him being her prince, or king, or in general her spouse, "Im not having second thoughts or anything... im just nervous is all... i never thought a woman like you would be interested in me and it feels like a heavy burden to take but I feel like im ready." He stated softly. Strider smiled at him and replied " Yes we are getting married soon and i know its alot to take in but I am sure that you will do just fine" then grabbed his hand and held it on the way to the castle.

Hearing what she said made him a bit curious, "Wait, how soon is soon?" He asked a bit curiously of how soon they would be married. He was wondering how long they would have till they tied the note.

We dont want you to hurt yourself by standing up right now " Strider replied to Cody as she sat there in the car and watching his facial expressions .

Cody looked at her smiled gently as he rubbed the back of his head a bit, "Thanks but i dont think that im that fragile." He joked as he gently looked at her, "Im still surprisedim getting married to a princess... it seems so surreal saying it outloud." He said softly to himself a bit as he was just speaking his mind, "Whats funny, i worried about just getting married to a normal girl and having a normal life, never expecting anything like this." He said softly, just making idle conversation, "When you were younger or even when you were just growing up, did you expect a boring guy like me or someone like prince charming?" He asked wanting to learn a bit more about her.

Strider blinked a little bit then replied " I honestly didnt have a idea as to what I wanted because normally my father always picked things out for me my whole life and when he tried to pair with that prince thats when I ran away . I want to do things that make me happy and not like a prude stuffy person"

Strider was excited to see the world and about leaving with Cody and replied " We would have to get permission from my father first but I am sure that he would let us fly to your old home and come back" then hugged him gently as she sat there and talked with him .

Cody looked at her but nodded as he felt that this would work, "Alright... i dont have much but at least it would be nice to pick up things i want to keep before assuming my new life as your husband." He stated as he was still a bit nervous of the wedding and was only nervous because he had a lot to learn before he would feel like he would ammount to a good royal spouse.

He stated as he was still a bit nervous of the wedding and was only nervous because he had a lot to learn before he would feel like he would ammount to a good royal spouse. Strider was happy that things were going so well for them and hoped that he would enjoy her country with her at his side.

"now father , it wont be a long trip , he just needs to get a few things from where he is from and we are coming back here " she replied in a timid voice as she spoke to her father
