__ The power core containing Tetsuhiko's heart rested in Sandayu's palm as his Byakugan's far-reaching gaze noted two other matters to be addressed. The first, to his pleasant surprise, were the growing fissures venting molten heat from below. 'This will be even easier than I anticipated.' He smirked, realizing that these fools built their nation atop of a dormant, not dead, volcano. It would hardly take much more effort to set it off and put an end to this entire island. He'd clench the memento of his fallen opponent and walk across the lake's surface back toward the tidally washed shoreline. Not long after reaching the sand did he also come into proximity of the dark-haired woman with the lion and a photograph in hand. A brow was raised slightly at the image in the photo, but he'd dismiss it as far too coincidental. "If you value your life, leave." It was the only warning he would offer as a silvery gray Susano'o formed around him not even a heartbeat after the tomoe in his multifaceted dojutsu changed shape into the Eternal Mangekyo. One of his shadow clones that had been on standby building its strength with the Nanabi's channeled power was dispersed to share its spoils with Sandayu for the divine judgment he offered these lands.

By now, his shadow clones in the Kamui dimension had finished relocating all of Kogarashi's military assets to Amenominakanushi, a new dimension he'd located as a precaution that was only just validated. Before long, the skies would blacken not only all over Uzushiogakure but the islands of Awajishima as a whole. Seven unspeakably massive meteors, dwarfing the Chibaku Tensei from earlier, would begin to descend from the high heavens. They were directed to land two in the village, and the other five throughout the surrounding Land of Eddies. 'Those who believe there is freedom in peace cannot understand liberation. If she wants to be rid of the shinobi system, all who follow it must perish.' Of course, Sandayu knew that Masato had moved the people of Uzushiogakure to the same shrine where they met each other and Evergreen too. One of those five meteors was headed straight for that location too. If his brother desired their safety, he would have to prove the exact strength of his passions. Villages, cities, a large volcanic hot spot, the crater-riddled roads of the main island, this lake, and the Uzukage's headquarters were all designated targets which would be crushed into oblivion.

Assuming she hadn't already started running for her life by now, Sandayu returned his gaze to Moriko and gave a far less dismissive tone, "Who are you?" Similar to his first meeting with Masato, he felt a strange... attachment to this girl. It was hard to put his finger on it, but there was silver-haired boy buried under the rubble at the academy which gave him a similar feeling too. He couldn't ignore the curiosity pointing adamantly toward his instincts. If his suspicions were right then he'd spare her from an early inevitability.

__ As these lands became eclipsed by Sandayu's power he noted that the strange girl stuck around instead of heading his warning. Her questioning and patronizing of his actions instead of answering his own inquiry were all the more grating on his nerves, but he'd let it slide. "The strong who survive this kind of chaos are the ones who will guide the weak. They'll create as much as I have destroyed." Sanda was thinking to himself now, realizing that he was much more talkative since allying with Kagami. 'Damn woman.' He sighed in his thoughts and only now turned his gaze to meet Moriko's. "Lessons such as these have to be learned, no matter how good or bad the reason for it is." Sandayu was no teacher though. Simply put, he was but a harbinger of new beginnings. It didn't matter who did or didn't see things his way, but he knew that those who did were undeniable the ones guaranteed to achieve unbridled power much like his own. Understand reality, and master it. Rather than marinate in lies and faulty beliefs to be swallowed whole by it instead.

__ Honestly, it wasn't the photographs specifically that kept a part of his attention even before Moriko revealed them. It was the names. He wasn't going to assume anything either way, but he could feel the encroaching curiosity becoming more potent by the time she finished speaking her request. Sandayu almost laughed. Yeah, he actually held back a small chuckle, as yet another fateful encounter stood before him on this strange island. He quickly recomposed himself and looked past the photos at Moriko, studying her all the more carefully to give more validity to his current suspicions. "Yes..." Sanda paused in his reply to think, 'She does look very much like Masato and I, so... it's not inconceivable.' The a space in the air behind Sandayu would split open horizontally, revealing a luscious, otherworldly worldspace on the other side of what merely looked like a simple window. "I know them both and their whereabouts." He turned, and stepped through the interdimensional doorway. Sandayu glanced back at her and then kept walking. It would stay open for awhile longer for her to decide if she would follow or flee to elsewhere from the falling heavens.
