"Best to get a drink and pace ourselves." A smirk, as she thwapped him with her tail. "If only so you don't pass out later tonight..." Why yes, yes that was a hint Ruber.

Now that Mkazo had his fill of the Oasis for now, he was going to check the Training Grounds again. It didn't have much in the way of natural cover, but enough lions were sparring there at any given time to make it a good place to hide in plain sight. No Regent in plain sight there for now, though.

Still nothing. Tim-timana shook her head, tail lashing in irritation. She hated that she was wasting her time on this glorified game of hide-and-seek, nut she would hate even more to give up. The soldier stalked over to the training grounds to look there, and remind herself that once this was over, she could at least find someone to duel to let off steam.

Having spent long enough moping at the training grounds, Psyche rousted herself and returned to the Quarter to have another look around. Maybe she'd missed something the first time, maybe not. Either way, she needed to get moving, not just sit around and feel sorry for herself.

 An adolescent was entering the Sandstorm Refuge as Eish was leaving, but she paid him no mind. Perhaps some water would help her to focus and find Agni-pariksha. The Oasis seemed as good a place as any to check - again - and hopefully taking care to refresh her body would sharpen the Hunter's mind. Hopefully.

Nuria was thinking about that while they played the Regent's game? Well, he certainly wouldn't refuse. Just as long as it wasn't until after the sun set and Agni-pariksha called a halt. "That sounds like a date," Ruber commented idly, eyes shining. "But before that, let's nose around the Hongshan Quarter before returning to the central lands," the lion suggested.

 He'd spent far too long inside, Huozin decided, and now was as good a time as any to take the trek out to the Pridal Oasis again. After all, Agni-pariksha was unlikely to be staying in the same place throughout the entire game. She was probably moving all around. Which, of course, made it that much harder to find her, as he as also moving around. And that was the point of the whole game.

Menkar joined up with his teammates briefly, but after spreading out within a single area to take a look, they had once again come up empty handed. He glanced around again before heading off slightly, veering away from the group. "I'm gonna go look in the Hongshan quarter again," he said with a relaxed smile. No worries, they'd find her for sure. "You're welcome to come if you want, of course!" --- Ud smiled in a self-satisfied sort of way as the lioness was also rather surprised at his youth and his success. Just went to show them that it didn't take a fully grown lion to get the job done! "Skill and luck, I suppose," he said, echoing what the Regent had to say. "You found her first?" he added, impressed as well. She had been very hard to find, after all, and it was clear the other adults hadn't had any luck so far. "Congratulations."

Baise kept her head on the ground. She was certain she'd caught the Regent's scent, faint but recent. She'd been there.
Then again, she'd probably been everywhere. It was too much to ask that the lioness remain in place for the entirety of the game. At least now the huntress felt as though she had a plan and following a trail was much more rewarding than to move around aimlessly.

Alya nodded to Menkar, watching as the other lion moved towards the training grounds. "Yeah," she murmured, her voice low. "I'll catch up with you. I just... Have a hunch," she said, moving into the depths of the sandstorm refuge. Something about the area caught her suspicion and the searched through the nooks and crannies once more. She did her best to ignore the conversation of those who had seemed to already find the regent (one didn't even have his full mane in yet, she noticed), but the soldier couldn't help but be a bit frustrated... Menkar watched his teammates trot off and came up with the brilliant idea of staying right where he was. They could go in separate directions and he'd stay here to make sure no one crossed his path that shouldn't be. He plopped himself down and made himself comfortable. This wasn't a break! No! Of course not!.

Ruber nosed around a bit, but he didn't want Nuria to get too...twitchy. "Maybe we should head back to the Oasis for another drink. Just in case. This is hot work after all!"
