As an experimental process I'll make it free. I could also do a just brain-eating thing. It would be difficult to get an appropriately sized belly pic, and the expanded stomachs are all morphed from the fatty item, which only comes in one skin tone. What say you? As for the text, you can have any text you request.

I want to have one made.... But I want Fuzzy( Not you Fuzzy Necromancer.... [Clowns.dont.have.Sex]...) to have clothings before I have something made of me just going and devour him whole....... That might look odd....

Theoretically you might have eaten him and spit up the clothes. Although personally I find the idea of you scarfing guys in their boxers to be quite intriguing.

Okay. Do you want a slightly blulgy tummy, a bulgy tummy, or no tummy at all?
The brain really wouldn't be much of a challenge. I just erase off the top of the head and put some red and pink in the depression there, then add some blood and grey matter around your mouth. It's a bit gorey that way though. >>
