Emily was too busy eating and licking her ice cream to comment back right away. If ice cream was a drug, she would be very addicted to it. She just grabbed his hand and held it all the way to the car, as well as rest her head on his arm. She only let him go when she got into the car. Emily was almost done with her cone by the time she buckled her seat.

Cody looked at her when she spoke, he noticed that she was happy as can be, contrast to how she was when they left the cavern. When in the car, he had finished his cone and didn't take much time to drive them home, not speeding but going at a nice rate to allow her to enjoy the drive and evening skies that looked lovely with the nice weather.

Emily stared out of the window happily and she finished the last bite of her ice cream. There was a smile present on her face the whole way home, she was no longer scared of the future. When they got home, she took her bag and went inside of the house, heading straight for the kitchen. She put her bag down and got two glasses. SHe took out the beer and wine. Emily poured wine into the glasses, when Cody walked through she handed him a glass

Cody soon found that they got home, that she had rushed to the kitchen but he followed only to find that she had a glass of wine for him but he laughed, "So this was the surprise huh?" he asked happily to her, "Whats the occasion?" He asked curiously to why she had wanted the wine.

Cody looked at her when she spoke, but he nodded and took the glass, "Well that makes sense, and no you aren't." He said gently holding his glass up to gently tap hers, "To moving in and the start of a new life." He said kindly, not realizing that him meaning a new life for her as his roommate that it could have been taken a different way from how her vision went.

Emily knew she was supposed to sip wine, but she drank it all in one go. It tasted pretty good despite how cheap it went. The rest of the evening went pretty smoothly, if she did say so herself. They got through the wine pretty fast and they were on the beer. After a bit, she was giggling a lot and losing her balance while sitting on the couch. They had started watching Jaws and it was freaking her out more than usual since she was just a tad bit tipsy. When the boat was being attacked, Emily dove into his chest so she wouldn't see it, "No, not this part!" her words were being slurred as she tried to climb on top of him, where she looked into his eyes

Cody looked at her but he gently smiled and enjoyed the evening with her happily. They drank and watched the movie, he was enjoying himself but as she jumped from the part in the movie and basically climbed on top of him, he blushed but laughed a bit. He told her that he would protect her kindly before he then thought it over, one thing led to another, they began to kiss, and after other events, they both were really too drunk to remember what happens next. The next morning, Cody wakes up, sitting up in bed, trying to fully remember last night but he had a bit of a hangover when he looked next to him, seeing that Emily was laying in bed next to him. He realized something, they were both undressed, so he could only assume what happened but decided to let her rest as he walked to the bathroom to wash himself off and hoped to clear his head of a hangover.

Emily couldn't follow the events of last night too well. They had gotten home and started to drink and watch Jaws. Crazy movie choice, wonder if she had picked it? But then after that she went on top of him because something scared her and one thing led to another and they had started to kiss. After that was all a fuzz. The next morning, Emily was groaning and rolled onto her stomach. Her head was killing her, guess that is what you got when you drink too much. She opened her eyes and looked around, unsure of where she was. This certainly wasn't her room. Then she felt something odd and looked down. She was naked! Completely and totally naked! She started to blush as she looked around the room and saw her clothes scattered everywhere. She quickly got out of the bed, wrapped up in a sheet and began to gather her things. What the hell had she done last night? Well given the evidence so far it was pretty damn clear!

Cody came back wearing a towel, seeing that she was gathering her things, but he looked at her, "Good morning there, I guess that you were just as surprised as I was to wake up huh?" He asked curiously to her, thinking that it was best not to freak out and face this like adults.

Emily jumped and snapped her attention to him, who was wearing nothing but a towel. Great, got to love that image. That vision might come sooner than either of them thought, "Oh, you think? I can't handle this." there was panic in her voice as she quickly left the room and entered her own room, closing the door and locking it. Emily couldn't think any details last night other than them kissing. Her face turned red and she just sat down against the door , hugged her knees to her chest and laid her head down on her knees

Cody watched as she seemed to get scared but he didn't go after her till he got dressed. When he was better dressed, he walked to her door and knocked on the door, "Emily, are you alright?" He asked curiously, a bit concerned as he didn't want her to be freaking out.

After a few silent moments the door opened up, revealing a scared and upset Emily, "I am not ready for this, I still have another year of school left. I can't be a mother to anyone right now. I don't want to worry about someone else, the responsibility of another life." she started shaking her head. Yea sure they had only done it once, the odds of her getting preggers was low but still

Cody looked at her when she opened the door but he could see why she was worried. He gently walked to her and hugged her, "Its alright, Its like you said, it probably isn't going to happen after the first time." He said reassuringly, "Until we learn anything, it will be alright." He said meaning that she shouldn't worry unless she is pregnant but until then, she should focus on school.

[Look at my post again, I didn't say the part about not getting knocked up the first time. No quotation marks] Emily nodded and hugged him, "Yeah thanks. Focus only on my studies. I have to get ready now." she went back in her room and closed the door. She got ready in like 30 minutes, having to skip the shower. She said her byes to Cody and headed off. That evening.... Emily came home, tired and needing a bath. She was covered in mud because some jerk had to go racing down the street and run over a muddy puddle just as she was going past it. Cody wasn't at the station to pick her up, maybe he got held up at work.
