::Noelle Everett::  The girl rubbed her arms in an attempt to brush away the goosebumps. She wasn't sure anymore it was because of the chilly atmosphere or the tension she felt. This place was dangerous. Even if it looked like a regular haunted house (she didn't like to step inside even those), this place was more than that, was it not? Just the thought that there was someone behind this... one who was planning on wearing them down physically and emotionally...it was unfair! That guy probably couldn't win in a regular fight, or else he would be going against the team head-on, and she wouldn't be to be here as backup. A small pout appeared on the pinkette's lips, before some static fuzz reached her ears. Almost as if someone had turned on a tv somewhere near.
Baby blues followed the noise, indeed finding a tv on one of the rooms. A well was the only image in the black and white television, and the hairs at the back of her neck stood on point. "Oh, no. I won't wait until-"
She hadn't even finished when something started crawling out of the well... and in a blink of an eye, the ghost girl with the hair all over her face was at the front of the tv...arms reaching out.

Seika Murakami  She was growing desperate with each corridor she passed... at every corner she saw a shadow; a bloodied body; lifeless magenta eyes... she couldn't go on like this anymore. "I need... an antidote." Words came out between gritted teeth as a hand nursed the growing headache. Her other hand used the walls as a support... using it as a guide to go on ahead. Right now... ahead was the only way. Hatsu was ahead. Hatsu was somewhere out there... The real... Hatsu was well. He was fine. Unharmed.
It was the only thing that kept her going. That they'd find the end to this together...and that she'd kill that clown with her bare hands.
Once again she found herself in a room without exit...the door slamming behind her. Her eyes turned back to the room, a figure standing on the center, drinking some beverage. Her shoulders tensed in wait of the sudden and gruesome death vision. Instead, he turned back to face her, and his face brightened in recognition. Still... the girl took a step back in hesitation...tensing even more when his hand (paw) rested on her shoulder. "Is it really you...Hatsu?"
Her gaze was troubled...tired...but realization started dawning on her, relief washing away the weariness. This was really him. He was here...with her. He was alright. She could...protect him. She would...
Shaky fingers brushed over his cheek faintly before she moved past him to continue with what she needed to do. The door wouldn't open if she didn't take the drink. And even if a part of her was considering stalling a little longer...they also needed to find the end of this. Finish this once and for all. The redhead took the questionable glass and drank the potion in it, feeling the liquid burning her throat. For a moment, nothing else happened...and a sigh escaped her. Until a chilly air surrounded her, whispers of promises of demise and icy fingers crawling down her back put her back on edge. There was something... some presence coming to get her.
Still... she turned the grim expression away from Hatsu...she didn't need to worry him. She just needed...him to be safe. The door clicked opened behind them, and the redhead managed a forced half smile. "I am glad you are well. I..." she trailed off, but... no words were really needed. 'I needed you.' There was one place he hadn't looked yet, but considering the ominous nature of the mouth, there was good reason for that. "I hope there aren't spiders. Nix probably hates spiders." Weston rustled through the case full of supplies others probably desperately needed, throwing sterilized bandages and whatnot to the ground left and right. He finally pulled out a bottle labeled pain relievers, and after reading the label momentarily shrugged, popping the top off the container of usually harmless medicine. "Down the hatch. Om nom nom."There was none of the really potent stuff in here, but it never hurt to get a little buzzed when you were facing off with an insane monster and you were never sure when you'd see the sunlight again. "Watchdog Man" Hatsu Harima, the Heartbreak Kid"Aa, I'll stand my ground...I'll help you."It couldn't be helped...it turned into a hug.
Seika's obviously-troubled form was enveloped by the fuzzy white costume of the Watchdogman, Hatsu, and his strong arms held her tight for a few lingering seconds to fill her with whatever warmth and strength he could muster and transfer from his body into hers. He didn't know what she had seen, but he had seen some disturbing things already in this Haunted House; in the distance, however, a sound like something moving caught his attention just as he began to pull away. Instantly, the university student was on guard. His eyes sharpened, his senses going into fight or flight, and though his hand did not leave the girl's shoulder for a little longer...not wanting to break the contact just yet...he knew that they couldn't just ignore whatever it was that he'd heard. He wanted to move together with Seika from here on, but she had obviously been shaken, if only a little bit...and that wasn't like her at all. He'd cover for her while she gathered her wits once again, take the point if necessary. Nothing was going to get to her again so long as he could help it. "Aa...I'll check out that noise. Seika, you stay close," he nodded solemnly, giving her one last look of promise that they would get through this thing...both of them...before he finally stepped through the door and was greeted with...!
...Another strange, moving figure! Blank, faceless...a mannequin?! His fist lashed out on instinct and whatever it was was gone around the corner before he knew what happened! Realizing that this was a chance to perhaps squeeze some information out of this house, maybe a moment to slow, he darted around the corner after it but what he found wasn't a strangely animated mannequin...but a person! Taller than he was and surprisingly just as stout! His regal costume instantly made Hatsu respect him just a little more (he looked like some kind of royalty, after all!) and the engineering student let out a small breath and smiled at the sight of someone other than just he and Seika. ...Wait, Seika! She was still back there!
"Aa...! Seika! It's safe!" he called back down the Hall, but after a few moments he hadn't gotten a response and his spirits again began to drop. He couldn't lose her in here...they had to escape, damn it! Did she go ahead down another path without him? He turned to the new guy who looked at least vaguely familiar to him and spoke thoughtfully. "It's dangerous in here...are you all right?" Hatsu checked kindly before he asked his own question, looking the man over and finding that he looked to be in fine shape. Idly, he thought to himself that if he were as tall and stout as this man he'd be an even better fighter than he was now. That reach advantage...his jab would be unstoppable if trained right. "Aa...I'm looking for Seika, a red-haired girl. If you see her, can you send her to find me? I need to keep moving...we must get to the end of this place and find him, the Mad Mime..."Quote: Hatsu (Turn 10)Space 72 - The Undertaker drags you to Hell through the floor. Tezuka, Illusions broken RembriiAs Tezuka walked along the way, a strange...smog appeared in the room he was in...And he couldn't help but cough a bit... Gah...What the. he thought, before seeing... Nothing. Absolutely nothing, as far as his eyes could see. He moved forward, the ground beneath him still there.....But, as he walked, he couldn't find anything..but, hear the voices of others.
'Hey, did you hear about that boy that got hospitalized? 'Yeah...They say he's never going to wake up..' 'That's kind of sad...But..not like there's much for him to wake up to...yeah?'
He started running at this, trying to find a way out. "No...No..I'm...I'm not..." he called out, trying to move forward as best he could. He'd come out of that coma..and he'd made friends. Sylphie darted forward - and a figure with leather covering its face darted out of the shadows, earning a squeak of fear out of the girl as she shot up some stairs. Her heart was pounding faster and faster, but she was a long ways from giving up... and all of the pumping adrenaline seemed to be giving the speedy girl wings as she continued to push forward and through the haunted house.Quote: Sylphie [Turn 10] Space 66 - Hear a noise! Al, on the other hand, was no slouch herself... and she'd encountered a moving mannequin as she continued to cross the area, and in the ensuing chase, she'd somehow ended up going much further ahead than anyone might have expected. Cheryl, Usugu, Ringo, and Sensuke"Welcome to the Greatest Tag Team in Haunted House History! Minus Ringo..."Having impatiently waited for the demon to pass by, Cheryl was getting more and more annoyed at his persistence. She was not sure if he could sense him or whatnot, but once he left, she passed around, swiftly in case he decided to come back.
Having ran back to the familiar campfire that she had been visiting for quite a while, Usugu walked around to only be greeted by a locked door. Noticing that the key to said door was in a hole in the floor. "Great... Usugu mumbled to herself as she reached into the crevice, unknowing of what lied within. However, when she was able to stick her hand in with ease and pulled her hand back out with the key in tow, she felt a new courage welling within her. Using the key she just obtained, she was off onto a different path from before.
"Are you ready to Boo-lieve in yourself now?" "No, leave me alone!" The two of them bickered on, Sensuke having bumped into that 'motivational' ghost. One slinging out puns left and right and the other ready to cut down the first. "Are you going to let me go in peace now?" "You need to Re-Specter the dangers that this place pose first, because it would be a Ghastly shame if you were to die without knowing." With one last audible groan, Sensuke ran off, not wanting to have any more dealing with the ghost.
After having ran back, Ringo felt his breath haggard after running so much, as well as the bolt stuck in him on his mind. The pain was there and constantly reminding him of it's presence, but he moved on. As he approached a dead end with two doors, one listed that if he went in, he could have the time of his life. However, for him, he didn't really seek that stuff out in a place like this, so he decided to ignore it and pursue the other door, a bit further down the hall. "It would probably be a scam anyways.
