The tail like appendage that ran down along his back swished idly through the sands behind him he didn't seem to be worrying all that much about his current predicament he would not have made himself so known an Adjuchas of all things if he was not confident in his survival rate. He took his time watching her as she too watched them circling around the two of them her strength was in no question even someone like Dead Eye had no issue attempting that he was a fighter not a fool, still if it really came down to a fight well that was while he had his sacrificial Rook Black Bastion always had a tendency to come back he oddly enough had the trait of providing next to no nourishment or power to others. "Oh we certainly are an ambitious lot you have that right....there is more out there than just this endless wasteland"his tail flicked upwards as he spoke the barbs glinting in the pale moon light of Hueco Mundo.
Normally an Adjuchas would waste little time in making a meal out of hollows though there were times, and Dead Eye had seen them before that Hollows banded together into hunting packs. A single hollow was certainly dangerous, but a pack that was something to be fearful of he was wondering if this Fox was looking to do just the same he was more then happy to see how it played out either way."Yes the World of the Living....we do mean to go down to it." he paused for a moment a bearing sharp teeth behind his mask. "I crave the day I can walk among the Living a wolf among an entire world of livestock.......and if those prideful Shinigami want to try to stop me...let them come the souls of soldiers make for the more exquisite of a meal." with a quick intake of breath his whole body tensed up at just the thought of sinking his teeth into such a soul.
Black Bastion stayed silent for the moment hunkering down behind Dead Eye of the three it knew it was by the weakest it's only saving grace that other Hollows found out to their dismay that such a large hollow like him was worthless to try to even devour. That may be why Dead Eye kept him around all this time it could certainly see the usefulness. Dead Eye certain had used it as bait many times to take out other hollows, or to by time to get away from the stronger Menos. Each time it couldn't complain at this point it didn't feel much pain when it came to being defeated it tended not to stick eventually it would rise once more from the sands, and always it seems near Dead Eye that part it couldn't explain perhaps it was it's desire to keep serving or some other connection.
Lowering itself deep it's eye stay on the Fox wondering if once more Dead Eye would use it to get away, but at the same time it did not think that was the case as if it were it would have already have happen. It listened to the two of them slowly mulling over their words it knew Dead Eye wished to return to the World of the Living it was the one thing he talked about constantly that and the days of war he so wished to relive. "Mmh more souls for Dead Eye...means more for me too...where he goes I shall...follow the wall to his mighty arm so it is and so it shall be." it's voice rolled like soft rumbling thunder, or the ponderous creaking of the earth. It bowed it's head low to the both of them as it finished speaking so it respect to them both it was a simple creature, but through serving the strong one too had the chance to become strong in time as well.

The black nine tailed fox looked between Dead Eye and his minion. The two were an odd couple, but it was not uncommon for a pair of Hollow to form symbiotic alliances or even packs. It was usually safer that way if one were avoiding being devoured, but Ryuuka felt no fear as she was known as the ugly and powerful 'D. Kyuubi' as she had been labeled by the Soul Reapers. Still, their level of coexistence could be felt as something of a strong bond beyond survival and necessity. Possibly something for the fox Hollow to explore more as she spent more time with the pair, which she intended to do. "Interesting, so the two of you feed for one. How about we go forth and begin this chaos? It's been past time for me to hunt and I could do with a change of scenery.", The vile nine tailed fox growled out with that persistent smile plastered across her porcelain bone mask.
Ryuuka had not always been one to cause pain, it was quite the opposite during her days in the World of the Living as a Human. She had been a proud Japanese-American citizen, and the daughter of an immigrant family, making her the first of her family to be 'free'. Freedom was something that humanity seemed to crave. It was even in her state of death and in this corrupt existence as a Hollow she saught freedom. Freedom from her hunger, from the burdens of weakness, and freedom from fear that each day might be her last... for real this time. The liberty she had been denied in life, she would now bring forth from beyond the grave as this spiritual monstrosity.
While she waited for a response to her query, another being caught her perifrial sight and Ryuuka snorted in a hungry, predatorial manner as her gaze locked on to one of the lower class Hollow that was now scurrying away from their group. The poor b*****d did not have much time to comprehend the mistake it made by simply existing as a mass of black fur raced infront of it in a blinding wisp of shadowy movement before the fearsome D. Kyuubi stood before it with tails fanned out. Each one then ignited with a ghostly red energy, before a storm of small bullets sprayed out, blowing it into pieces, but sizable enough to devour before it could fully die or regenerate.

Bring his hand up to his mask he lightly ran his sharp claws across the bottom edge eyes narrowing with glee it seemed this little team up of theirs was actually going to happen. Dead Eye certainly understood the value of such groupings not only in his past life as a Roman legionnaire, but even in his time as a Hollow. Cocking his head slightly he looked back ever just so towards Black Bastion that hollow had been a most wonderful boon to him. In his rare trips to the world of the living the last one being several years ago perhaps maybe even a decade he was uncertain after awhile time really stopped mattering it all got so muddled especially after being around for so long as he had. Still during those rare trips Black Bastion had been instrumental in laying waste to patrolling Shinigami. They were always so busy focusing on the large obvious threat he possessed that by the time they realized Dead Eye was around it was already too late the looks of shock on their face as they were impaled were such delightful memories.
He knew if he stuck with The Black Fox he would be able to have even more such memories to cherish in the days to come the trail of destruction they would leave on their warpath who the mere thought made him so giddy. "I am so glad you asked, we would be more then happy to join you and kick start the Chaos." even as the words were already passing through his lips the fox had already taken off after a poor lower class hollow that had caught her eye. ~This should be interesting to witness~ he thought to himself motioning for Black Bastion to stay hunkered down where he was for now when it was time to leave he would be called upon.
She was certainly quick, and relentless on the hunt that much was for certain there really was no questioning her power in the slightest. Making his way in her direction he kept his eyes locked on the scene taking notes as he observed with that keen eagle eye of his. He had yet to see her in action, and given the chance well there was a reason she was to be feared a reason why he was willing to team up with her even when she could easily tear him to shred. Much like why he followed Caesar into the bowls of hell itself he knew power when he saw it, and that power would shake up the world. It was only right he be there to witness it all even help spread the seeds of chaos in the process. Waiting for her to devour her kill he waited a short distance area patient in his demeanor he had waited for who knows how long to go back to earth he could wait a few moments more.
Ryuuka D. Kyuubi pawed at the sand that was now stained red with blood. The gore and carnage left in the wake of her violent assault of her fellow monstrous soul, it was inhuman. It wreaked of a rage pent up behind a visage of reason and cunning, like a fine line or a leaky flood gate holding back a tide of hatred for all other life but her own. She was a predator, a hunter, a murderess. A fine, razor sharp, killing machine honed for the battle of survival and growth. "Impressive... So you can keep up with my movements?", the nine tailed fox finally inquired of Dead Eye as some of the viscera from her meal dripped from her masked maw to the ground. It was painfully obvious to the creature that her massive acquaintance had watched her, even when others would be dead before they knew they'd been hit. "Heh heh heh, you might be useful when it comes to watching my back.", the vile fox confessed as she then approached the pair whom had joined her.
This existence had proven to be far from what Ryuuka had been once in life. The memories flooded into her broken mind as she struggled to hold onto the surface of the Adjuchas form she had taken. The female beast was on the cusp of an evolution, and coming to terms with who she had become was part of that growth and development. At least it was in the perverse sense of allowing the sorrow and anguish to creep in and claim even more of her sanity as with each passing day Ryuuka spent as this corrupt beast, more and more of her humanity was torn from her by the simple force of being constantly hungry, always paranoid, and persistently angry.
Ryuuka's mind flashed to a scene of herself in a concentration camp for Japanese-Americans out in some desert. She didn't recognize or remember the location, but the pain of knowing she had never been trusted despite her loyalty to her country lingered on even in death. It was a strong emotion that kept her moving. The bitter sting of betrayal that stoked the fires of her rage and kept her appetite in a constant state of hunger. 'I gave them everything of me...', the words echoed in her subconscious as her broken frame of awareness spoke in voices akin to schizophrenia. A maddened creature with no sense of self-awareness other than instinct was what she was most of the time.
Though as she finally returned to Dead Eye and Black Bastion, Ryuuka seemed to be back at the wheel, so to speak. For a moment there she didn't seem quite lucid, like a demon and less like something of sentience and reason. There might have even been a brief glimpse of killer instinct welling up, as if her every fiber had been urging her to attempt to devour the pair, but she had enough reason and whit about her form to measure the two as worthy companionship. There was no need to spoil something before it came to fruition after all. Devouring them would only come if they outlived their usefulness. That is what she had decided, just as any reasonable Adjuchas would have been expected to. "Come... Let us leave this depressing landscape for greener pastures. I smell a plethora of souls scurrying from destruction in the World of the Living. It is time for us to clean up the mess, so to speak.", she chuckled as a wide-mouthed portal opened up and she slunk through it, leaving Dead Eye and Black Bastion with the choice to follow along for carnage and destruction.

In that brief moment every never of his body was screaming in alarm to run as far away as possible from this beast to leave Black Bastion behind, and regroup alive some other day. Body tensing he waited with bated breath waiting until at less some semblance of control washed over D. Kyuubi's face. It was certainly a gamble every moment sticking around with her though if you were not ready to gamble it all away then how would you ever get anywhere in this world this world did not respect those who played it safe who was content with what they had. No in this world the only way to get what you wanted was to take it if the other guy had it you had better be stronger, or more clever to take it. It was the unwritten rule of the worlds the survival of the fittest, and no one exemplified that principle just as strongly as a hollow their whole existence was a testament to it.
Letting his body relaxed he stood up a bit straighter giving D. Kyuubi a nod ."Yes let us show them who they should really fear." bring his cannon arm up to bear he whispered something an old phrase in an ancient language from a time of empires, and war. "Come Black Bastion it's time to walk the path of war once again....such an auspicious day of days and it is ours to snatch up." with a deep chuckle of excitement he turned to follow after the Fox.
Pulling it's immersive frame back up Black Bastion ponderously lumbered it's way towards the tear between this world, and the world of the living. It would be nice to once again taste the souls of the living it had been much too long, and in the service of these two there would be a plentiful buffet awaiting them all. There was a low rumble coming from deep within it was indeed in a happy mood with these turn of events it would have to do well so these two continued to keep him around. Finally nearing the portal it bowed it's head before following right behind Dead Eye as they stepped through to join D. Kyuubi.

Sasori slowly crawls out from his spot hiding under the sand and looks around hesitantly. Seeing no one big around, he hurriedly scuttles off to look for smaller hollows to feed on. His small leg like appendages down the back of his neck wiggle around as he scans about, eager to feed. He sees a small hollow, barely knee height, and he crouches low. He pounces, landing on the hollow and quickly snapping it up with his chelicerae and biting off the head. He absentmindedly chomps on it as he continues to look around. When he finishes, he slowly wanders off in a random direction, looking for some way, any way to entertain himself. Unfortunately, it seems nothing interesting ever goes on in this desert.

Alone crow circled above, cawing loudly. Tiny black eyes watched the hollow belore with curiosity. The circling path rew smaller and smaller, coming closer and closer to the ground, landing a few hundred yards away from the feeding hollow. The form shifted into a tall, black-robed figure before fading out of sight. Myriad had been hunting for something, though they were unsure what. As usual, curiosity had taken over, and Myriad had taken to watching this hollow as it secured its next meal.
Myriad approached slowly, cautiously, trying their best not to make a sound as they watched this feeding hollow. When they were within 50 feet or so, Myriad’s form shifted back into view, but it was different now. The blank mask that had once adorned the hollow’s face was now grinning with bloodlust. This was the form of Grinning Jack.
”You’ll never get anywhere feeding on bottom feeders like this, you know~” Grinning Jack mused aloud, loud enough for the hollow to hear. The tall figure of Grinning Jack approached the hollow with open arms.
”This place is full of delectable treats, and you choose to prey on the bottom-most rung of Hollow society? For shame~”
“I feed on what is most likely to not kill me. I feel no shame in this, as pride is useless if one is dead.” Sasori says as he looks up at the newcomer. His face would show surprise, if it had the ability to show expressions. As it is, his chelicerae pull in close together and the tail coming from his neck curls and tenses. He steps away from the approaching hollow at the same pace, making sure to keep the same distance from him. He scans about to see if there are any other hollows about, but doesn’t look from the masked figure for long. “And I for one, prefer survival to pride.”

”Pride…~”
Grinning Jack’s smile was too large by half, his voice just a little too honied as he spoke, inching ever closer to the hollow, until their faces were mere inches from eachother.
”There is no room for pride here, not when so many want to obble you up.” Grinning jack suddenly moved an inch closer as he spoke these last words, but stopped short of touching the hollow.
”Yes. Survival is important. That cannot be denied. But how are you to survive on only the strength this vermin gives you.” He gestured to the small hollows, like beasts wandering midnlessly through the plans.
”You’ll need something more substantial if you want tos urvive here, child. This world you find yourself in is made of two things; meat and mouths. Which will you be? Predator or Prey?”
As Jack spoke, wisps of inky black smoke trailed off of his form, licking around the folds of his clothing. His smile did not fade, but rather grew the more he interacted with this pathetic creature. He wasn’t sure if he would devour this poor soul, or leave it for the others to take. Grinning Jack pitied the creature, wandering alone in the wastes, surviving off of what small critters it was capable of dispatching of. They would be dead soon.
“Oh, a predator. But I know where bigger, easier prey is. It isn’t here though, but where we are from. If you are able to remember it.” Sasori stares down the hollow in front of him with all eight eyes. “And I need to feed on these weaklings before I can go there. I would prefer to hunt smart instead of by brute force.” Maintaining eye contact with the smiling hollow, he takes two strides back. His segmented tail rears over his head, not threatening, but ready as his fur bristles. “Plus, over there is something almost as good as food and survival.”

”Oh? And what would that be…?~” Jacks voice was almost musical with curiosity, as he inched closer still to the arachnid hollow before him. This hollow was full of surprises. It had seemed so pathetic at first, but now it talked like a true predator. Only a smart one, one that did nto go forth recklessly into the unknown, driven mad by hunger. Jack found this to be refreshing among the beasts of the sands. The sisps of inky smoke licked playfully at Grinning Jack’s fingertips.
Suddenly Jack stepped back a pace, and began to circle the hollow, in a non-threatening manner. He mused aloud as he circled.
”So shall we go forth into the Earthly realms, in search of food and friends and merriment? Or shall we stay here nibbling on the dregs of what Hueco Mundo has to offer?” Jack was growing hungry. This hollow would make for a decent snack, but not as much as the sweet taste of human souls.
“Entertainment. The sands out here are quite boring and barren. But Earth, Earth has life, activity, motion.” Sasori raises his arms, puts his hands together, and rips a ragged tear, showing a destroyed street on the other side. The segmented legs around his head squirm eagerly. “Come, let us find morsels tastier than these. Morsels we can stalk, and hunt, without worry of them killing us. For what is a mere human to a creature like us?” He steps through the portal, his eagerness showing in his stride. He could almost taste the fresher souls of the living, the taste of their fear as they die, not knowing what is happening.

Fascinating…~ Grinning Jack thought, as the hollow, who had seemed to helpless and pathetic before, took the initiative to open a garganta into Karakura! The grinning hollow nearly giggled with excitement. This was the oldest and most beautiful story in hueco mundo. A weak hollow kills until they are strong, and soon devours the weak. The beauty of it nearly made Jack weep.
”So you long for tastier flesh after all~”
Jack was perhaps less cruel than the other hollows of his class. He was not interested in wanton slaughter as much as seeing what levels of bestial cruelty this new hollow would sink to in its fledgling days, when there was nothing but the hunger. Jack had lived in these sands for a long time, much longer than most hollows who hadn’t yet ascended to menos class. He had long-since gained control of his hunger, for the most part. Grinning Jack was content to feed on spare energy and memories.
In any case, Jack was happy to accompany this hollow to earth, just to see what he would do.

In the depths of the sands, slumbering and still recovering from the loss of power from an ancient battle. The sands begin to slide, a little at first, and then in larger amounts as a small mound about two meters or so peals away like a miniature avalanche. A cough and a sputter as a humanoid form begins to appear. "Ugh. That jackass boy. I'll get him for this ..." The raven-haired being brushes off the sands and sits up. He looks around himself and evaluates where he is. This was not the green hills and vales of Eire. A furrowed brow reveals his displeasure with the situation. Standing up, he looks around and evaluates the desert landscape. Anger wells up inside as he realizes that he has been transported here against his will. The man balls his fist up and punches a wind-carved pillar of stone until it crumbles beneath his fists. "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGHHHHHHH!" The old Fomorian takes his rage out on everything within his sight. Hueco lizards, the rare trees, stone, hollows, and anything else unfortunate enough. His eyes glow red with anger. After a while, he calms down and looks around once more. This time at the damage that he has caused. Satisfied with his carnage, for now, he focuses his power in his hand and aims at a cliff face. His spiritual power builds slowly. This will have to be rectified at some point. What are these masked beasts? Were they also Fomorians? No matter. He would grow in power and amass his following once more. He continues to focus his spiritual power and aims at another hollow that wanders into his view. He releases it, but it falls short. "********," he mutters as it mockingly laughs at his failure. This enrages him and so he aims again. And again. And again! "STAND STILL SO I CAN KILL YOU!" Balor charges after the hollow and continues to fire at it in an attempt to improve his use of powers. This was not like how it used to be and it was making him impatient. "DIE DIE DIE ALREADY! HOW DARE YOU LAUGH AT ME! AAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUGHHHHH!" His rage grows and he relentlessly gives chase to his foolish mocker. "My wrath will not be so funny if I can just land this blast at you or simply choke you out!" It laughs maniacally at him and gets too distracted by his monkey-like behavior and slams into a cliff wall. Dazed, he looks up in horror as the maskless Balor looms over him. "Wait! Wait!" it pleads with Balor. "I was just playing around! I meant no har- URK!" Before he could finish his sentence Balor has him up by his throat. "You dare to mock me?! King of the Fomorians!?" he growls darkly. "No ... no your ..h-highness," the hollow croaks. Balor wraps his other hand around the hollow's mask and cracks it in his palm. "You want to live? Serve me and I will show you some mercy." The hollow nods rapidly and begins to swear allegiance to him. "My service is guaranteed, milord," it gasps. The mask crumbles slightly to reveal a feminine face. Balor lets the hollow drop and stares at her face and watches as she stares back in fear as her mask slowly repairs itself. "Very well then, young lady. You may serve. Your first command is to find a suitable target. Your speed may yet serve some use. You're lucky that you were born a woman." With that, she stands up, shakily, and then quickly bows and then runs off to hunt for him. It takes longer than he would prefer, but he awaits her return. Finally, she arrives dragging a large Hueco beast and depositing it in a canyon dead end in front of him. "About time, maiden. Now move if you do not wish to be blasted." She quickly obeys him and sits behind him and watches him practice bala on it until it is riddled with holes and dead. With that, he devours a large portion of it and tosses her a smaller portion to eat. "Your payment for your service. It will do neither of us good to be weakened with hunger." She gratefully devours her portion and dutifully awaits her next order.
Balor creates for himself a throne of stone and bones when they are finished feasting. All the while his female serf obediently follows every command and dutifully watches him while he is working. "Milord, is this a suitable place for your throne room? Should we not find you something grander?" she hesitantly inquires. A slightly impatient glance at her out of the corner of his eye silences her, but then he sighs, "Yes, but for now this place will do." He constructs a canopy out of the cloaks of fallen hollows that he has vanquished or she has herself killed. "Get me more beasts. It is time that we practice our arts still," he commands and then alights atop his throne of barely dry carnage and earthen matter. "At once!" she cheerfully chirps and darts off to find more monsters of the hellish landscape. While this landscape offers little in the way of resources, he has noted signs that at one point it did have some sort of semblance of society and hints that there have been attempts from one time or another to build up a city or so. This place lends itself more to a nomadic lifestyle. That will not stop him in his ambitions, however. Eventually, she returns with a hulking sandworm and he rises from his afternoon nap. "Now that is what I am talking about, Celest!" He hesitates not and begins to blast the great worm full of holes as he perfects his skills. Celest cheers him on with great delight and adds in her blasts. Soon the monster is a giant pile of rent flesh, scorched and burnt in places. Once they are finished they set about making themselves a feast.
