The next area was the ring toss and Simon actually felt that this game was the most skewed because it's near impossible to win. Considering that Marshtomp was part ground and Rotom, even though fire, was electric as well he kept the starter out. It was a good thing too ask the electric attacks did nothing allowing the super effective ground Pokemon to finish it off. The next Pokemon would probably be another fire Pokemon so Marshtomp would stay out for a bit. "Typhlosion the volcano Pokemon. The final Pokemon was a "Larvesta the torch Pokemon. The base of volcanoes is where they make their homes. They shoot fire from their five horns to repel attacking enemies." Now Simon had seen trainers not evolve their Pokemon to feign weakness when they were really strong however this wasn't the case. Larvesta was one of the Pokemon that took a lot of hard work and training for it to evolve.

Since Bonsly would evolve soon he wouldn't switch him out just yet, instead he was going to put Swampert away for Piplup so that once she evolved completely he would have every region's water starter fully evolved. His Pokedex told him that Bonsly evolved when he learned Mimic and leveled up, but it was a move he already knew so one more level and he'd evolve. Then he remembered Totodile, so one Sudowoodo evolved he would train Totodile as well then have all the starters fully evolved.
