Apparently, the way I vote has no bearing on anything around here. Ah well, I can put everyone's favourite last doctor into first place for once at any rate.
4th Doctor (tom baker): 4 (-2)
7th doctor (sylvester McCoy): 7 (+1)
And to make matters clear I'm pretty certain Tom's the better actor, but Sylvester's the better doctor.

I don't feel like doing a tombstone..let me see.. eek I searched for a tombstone on google (cause I couldn't be bothered making one) and found one which said Mccoy... Tom Baker has been knitted by the scarf monster..!
