Vince didn't get his rayquaza but he'll happily take a zekrom. It's the only electric dragon that he'll accept so far.... >-> and he has a kyurem to make that combo even more interesting to boot!

Zekrom's National Dex number is 644 I gave it some thought and I figured I'd give the lotto a go because Zekrom's a good plot Pokemon for Saru or Fremy who i could both see wanting to create an "Idea" world. Here goes nothing i suppose
