Nap time! It didn't seem that napping was making too big of a difference on his success with that electricity booth, so he decided it was time to indulge himself in another short snooze. Arrakis yawned as he reached for the ticket reel on his way in. Successfully tugging out another ticket, he tucked it in his pocket with the others, found an unoccupied corner, and stretched out for another catnap. These pillows and chairs were getting more comfortable with each visit, he swore. Toshihiko Two Ticket, plus third-try minipet, please!

Barth hovered awkwardly from his place on the couch, concern evident.
There had also miraculously been no bystander casualties, but Christof's parts...
"Do you err, need-" he whispered,"a needle?"
Siddie managed to set Zar's jaw, saving Barth from asking Christof to do it, although frankly he was nervous about the two of them talking and Siddie being that close to Zar's (now functional) and impressive set of teeth.
The booth traffic was, at least good, although there was one patron who made him inexplicably nervous.
"Z-Zar, if I could, um, a moment-"

Lumikki stood just out side the tent her mind wandering aimlessly as she checked out the booths. She had been out of sorts recently and finally decided to come out of her room. The first booth she happened upon was a booth with pillows and oh glorious naps! Walking in she pulled gently on the ticket dispenser before deciding which pillow she wanted to curl up on.

After walking for a while around the booths, not to mention digesting three Fried Floresces, Rei's gotten sleepy... That would mean a revisit to the Nap Club is needed. The ticket self-service is as always, unmanned. He took one, still unsure what this will be used for. And snuggling the plush pillows was...few faces that he known. Weeell... Not wanting to get piled on again, Rei took one of the pillows and lied down just behind the counter. *a sweet dream about getting chased by giant cake later...* Feeling refreshed, Rei managed to evade getting piled on this time. Well, time for more booth visits then! Toshihiko Two Soda Treat Sleep and Ticket please! Proof: Sleep 1 and this one counts as two!

All this booth running and playing at other booths was a bit tiring. Meixiang made her way back to the Nap Club's booth for a little snooze. Flopping down on one of the over sized pillows, she curled up in a little ball. Soon a soft snoring sound could be heard by anyone walking by.

Zar found himself oddly irritated by the word sorry in a way he never had been before. In the past it had been him cringing and apologizing for every little thing that happened, he didn't mind her asking questions about his wings - no one had really taken much of an interest in them as a general rule. "Don't apologise." he reprimanded her. "It's fine. I simply do not mind questions that others mind find impertinent or invasive. Invasiveness is my raison d'être. "
He'd never really considered his wings as anything other than broken and her comments did make him examine them a little closer. He'd been able to glide with Calder, a full grown horse in his coils and perhaps they might somehow be able to fly again, despite what he'd done to them so long ago. Trying was intimidating though, and he did not know anyone closely who could teach him or explain what the mechanics were behind it. Once upon a time he could have asked his mother, but not anymore when both of his parents would rather see him dead. "And you may well be right, maybe one day I will risk attempting it, seeing what they are capable of."
Fighting though, he was very keen on, he wanted to see what she was capable of, to try and draw her out of the walls she'd built around herself the way he'd slowly but surely been drawn out of his. He wanted to see her use the abilities she'd mentioned in desperation, in the thrall of emotions, and it was the emotions that thrilled him the most, he wanted to see how she felt, how she tasted when she let them loose to run.
"As for fighting, that would be perfectly acceptable, I spend some time each day in the gym, so I should be simple enough to find. I was considerably weak and flabby to begin with and in many ways I still am, it always takes some time to overcome our weaknesses. I am most willing to help though."
His ear perked as Barth spoke up, glancing in his direction before politely bowing out in a fashion reminiscent of a butler. "One moment please." he said to Siddie, before sitting himself on the couch next to Barth, his tail draping over the other demon against his will like a propitiatory serpent. He didn't bother trying to pry it off.
"Yes?" he asked patiently.

Lock just kept taking tickets. He was probably holding up the line.
Don't mind him, just a boil with a dream. A dream of tickets.

Barth began to say something about the tail, but swallowed and reconsidered.
"Ah, yes, I'd err- meant to ask, that thing you do, is it just during...? You know, or is it just, err, touch. Oriented. Or can you, without touching-?"
Barth's lack of specificity probably wasn't helping, but he looked at Zar hopefully.

Zar raised a brow at Barth and shrugged his shoulders. "I have never actually tested the limits or bounds of what it can do, I find it for the most part rather inconvenient. From what I can tell it appears to be related to touch, without contact any sense I get of emotions or feelings are hazy and vague, like scents on a distant breeze." he flicked his tongue thoughtfully. "Contact sharpens it into real, vivid clarity."
His tail twisted around a wrist. "Why do you ask?"

It looked so simple. Half-convinced that there must be a catch or trick somewhere, Quark reached out anyway. His fingers had just closed around the ticket when the eager ghoul behind him all but shoved him out of the way, leaving him with a ripped ticket. Bah.

Slaughter had been shyly slinking along the fairgrounds the last few days but upon seeing the lavish mountain of pillows, he couldn't resist rearing his ugly head (so ugly).
Along the way he noticed a roll of tickets, completely unguarded, he reached to snatch one quickly before he was noticed. It ripped and he trudged over to a pillow to wilt into it with his sad little half-a-ticket.

Aedan made his way over to the NAP booth, for another short reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the carnival.
Taking a seat, he let his eyes close for a few minutes, a small smile lingering on his face. A short while later, he got back to his feet, stopping to attempt snagging another ticket on his way out. Looking down, he realized he'd been successful. Score!
