Coming to the carnival was probably the most exciting thing Rafael had done in recent memory, but he had to admit it was hard being in the midst of so much exciting, fun, bustling activity with empty pockets. He had most certainly not saved enough allowance for all this. But, look! This booth was giving out free food! He eagerly made his way over, looking cautiously about as if to ensure that it was really all right, and then grabbed a fistful of treats. Om nom nom. Beady eyes flicked to the lollipop game. Why not? Ahh! What's this? He gets to keep the lollipop AND won a ticket? This place is basically the best. Why didn't all of his siblings want to come along too?

Determined to get lucky today I went to the apples.
"Come on!" I went after the brightest one

Roll 3, 7, or 13 on any die: You got a wrinkly, squishy apple that smells sort of like cider! Bad cider. Nahm hands over a silver seed. "Looks delicious," he says. [Win Silver Seed]

Llyr's assumption was partially correct, and it wasn't quite a question; the scaled boil probably wouldn't object if nobody clarified. Now here was a booth that was eye catching. Marcy stared at it, smiled, and stared some more. It was pretty. Very, very pretty. And it seemed to be loaded with sweets. Now, Marcy was a tea kind of ghoul, and therefore liked cakes and things that went with tea...but she also liked sweets. Okay, she liked everything with sugar in it, if she were being honest. The lollipops were most inviting. And how cute! They even came on a tree. "It's okay if I try one, right?" She hoped so, she was already reaching for one. She chose a blue one, and it came with a nice white handle. Marcy didn't even notice the tree offered other prizes. She had candy. And she was already eating it. "Thank you!"
