[ITTT]Isabelle could hear her heart beat pounding through her chest. Everything that happened before her blank eyes seemed out of her reach; a helpless bystander. Of course she was at fault. Belle felt lowly, below the low. Her eyes traced the bony columns that adorned the entrance, extending her gaze upward into infinity. Maybe she was tranced, for everything became enveloped in a thick silence until a familiar voice broke the vice.'I wish to stay with you....here', the powerful words beat into her spirit; they toyed with her very soul and bedded on her heart. Before words could escape her lips, Isabelle felt her legs melting into jello; forcing her body to fall forward onto Regula. The damsel's eyes slowly slid into a closed position as her forehead smacked the man's chest. Today's events had taken a tole on her, such mental anguish proved mentally detrimental to the fashion diva. All she could remember was the repetitious beat of his heart. Her heart. They were two beats, that now seemed as one. Quickly gaining her composure she used Regula for leverage then waved as she left. To the office!

The user of this technique now must keep his eyes set on one specific object that he can see through this seal for the next two minutes, if he moves or does anything else but aim during this period the technique is cancelled. After this, the skies suddenly open up, and a huge beam of white lightning strikes where the user was aiming, decimating the target and causing powerful shockwaves to affect the area 500 feet from the point of impact, most likely decimating anything with a foundation. One can generally tell that this technique is occurring by the fact that the skies turn black, thunder begins sounding, and it starts to rain during the time of preparation as well as a sudden increase of heat.
Passive: • Destiny Depending on your element, your fighting style as well as your mobility will change. All of these abilities are freestyle, and cost no chakra, and are thus like free taijutsu/weapon styles that you can always activate. Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
Cecil was about to talk to Nami before suddenly he would remember his brothers death. It made him sad, he took a few minutes but then composed himself. When he did the girl was gone, which was strange. It would be prudent not to let her anywhere near the village, she seemed off to him. He then turned to Honchurue, smiling. Kaijuu had walked back to the office as well, that made two. Now he walked to the third and the fourth. Hearing Regula's decision made Cecil happy, this insured Isabelle's loyalty and gained the Mist village a fast ninja. Cecil took out a Mist headband and gave it to Regula. "Welcome, when your ready you and Isabelle report to my office, with that bloodline you belong in the Mist village. Isabelle you and the other two will have private exams to determine if your ready for Jounin rank. Spend some time with your friend then report to the office. And now for this bone forest, it's quite bothersome and will get in the way."
Cecil concentrated for two minutes, not having to actually use any hand signs just the one sign to get the target. The clouds darkened and thunder could be heard, then it would rain. After the two minutes a beam of white lightning would come down onto the forest of bone, destroying it all and not damaging any buildings or the gate. After that was done Cecil left, leaving the two lovebirds to themselves. The mist jutsu would wear off and the normal mist would roll in. Hard to see through yes but not impossible like the jutsu version.

He was left in the entrance of the village by himself. His mind began to wander about in contemplation of what he would do next. Light eyes narrowed down to stare down at his hands. The young man knew he would need to change in many, many ways. He even thought of changing his shinobi classification and begin to focus upon much more physical capabilities. This would all come in due time, he knew. First, the young man had to report in to his knew leader. How would all this play out in the end? He had not the slightest of ideas. The man lifted his hands to perform a single seal. Before him appeared two Kage Bunshin. The two would enter the village with the man; one of the clones would report to the Mizukage's office. The other clone he created would make its way to the shopping center. He, himself, would make his way to the training grounds. There was much on his mind and he wished to spend some time alone. The decision he had just made was a large one.

She took one last look around before entering the village, heading towards the source of the chakra.

Ruka was walking past the village gates when something caught her attention. She had just finished up a few missions for some extra ryo and on her way back to her normal hang out spot she noticed a Chuunin and a Gennin hanging out by the gate. She didn't particularly care why they were there but it was interesting to say the least. Her stain glass colored eyes narrowed slightly as she listened to Yoshida's words. That was his name right? Ugh sometimes she wished she'd pay more attention to people. "Need more people for what?" Ruka asked as she approached the two. It was odd for her to show an interest in others but for some reason she couldn't help herself this time. She kept a bit of a distances though from the two. Staying about a arms length away. Never getting to close to others was simply how she was. It seemed like something big was happening however and she couldn't just keep walking.

Rosaline nodded as she watched a new person walk up to them. This would make three people and their was that on technique she had, but never used because of her other side. That would make four if she had to use it. "Were going to investigate some strange things that have happened in our village and the Leaf. We need more people, how would you like to come along?" She said kindly and smiled, she wondered how long she would control herself. "My names Rosaline by the way." She held out her hand.

Ruka tilted her head slightly to the side as she listened to what the two had to say. Strange things? Well if it's happening within the village itself how strange can it be? The girl talking to her smiled softly but Ruka didn't seem to react to it in a positive way. Giving her name after and a out stretched hand. Ruka didn't do will with touching other people. It's not that she was afraid of skin contact but with simply actions like this connections are made and she didn't want deep connections with others. Her attention was thankfully brought over to the male called Yoshi, so she did get his name right which was a surprise to herself. Looking at the both of them she nodded. "Ruka." she said with a simple nod. Possible it was the bored that allowed herself to join them or maybe Ruka was starting to change little by little. Interacting more with others then she had in the past. Her arms folded over her chest as she looked off to the side. "What are you investigating, exactly"her tone was soft and low and surprisingly feminine.
