"Ok for one your not going to be doing much during the day so pratice patientce. but as for the jutsu get on your knees and hold your hands a few centameters above the grass.
Koy gets on her knees and took out a little ball and placed it a few inches away from her. and held her hand a few inches above the grass.
"Now you focus you chakura to the ground and eventuly it will refect off the ground."
Koy waited a other five seconds. little lines of flickering chakra could be seen
"and then you press the chakra down quickly"
She slamed her hands down to the ground. the gress bent forward and the ball went flying back a few feet.
"this is the second step out of four. the first step i don't see a use of doing."

"Let see I start by concentrating some chakra into my fingers then I put it close to the grass ?"
He does as he said and focus some chakra on his fingers placing them on the grass. a** son as the grass start to shine with chakra he does the same as her and pushes it down creating the same effect as her. "Now ?"

He looked at Koy and with a bow he said: "Yes sensei" He continued pressing the ball over and over again creating and pushing it then getting it back waiting for the right time to stop.

"Ok stop, next step come over here and sit down infrount of me" Koy said to him
"oh and bring the ball"
The ball had now became glossy hard and heavy

"Amazing the ball changed in texture...mmmm.....this was really un expected" He grabs the ball and walks to her carring it. Soon after he sits down on front of her and waits for further intructions.

"ok step two the other half of the jutsu. this is the one that can do serous damage to you.
Koy holds her hands verticaly and a few inches apart.
"I haven't done it this way in a wile..." Koy said
She closed her eyes and started to conatrate and soon the shadows beteen her hands started to move
"and now"
She slaped her hands togather and for a second neather of them coul,d breath
Koy coughed
"This part takes a long time to get used to because it hard not to make it hit yourself"
Koy got up and walked a few meters away and sat down agian

He start concentrating his chakra on his hands and then claped them hard. He soon felt the flow of chakra on his head and stayed there breathless. "Ugh..." Seconds after he breaks the jutsu and falls on the ground hugging his neck with his hands. "I hate that sensation"

"Yeah the human metal structure was created so people cannort get used to sofocation..." He remined there claping his hands and trying to get used to the sofocation and then after the leven time he headed home.

Kitai walked in to the area and smiled to her self and then found a nice place to sit and wait for him she was in her training clothes and she had closed her eyes was sitting very still

Tetsu sped into the training field area. He feeling somewhat out of breath because of the excitement and running. He skidded to a halt some ground spewing up from his skid.
"Hey Sensei I'm here!" his voice was absolutly excited and he was looking around vigorously.
[Now I have to go but as a favor could you show the full technique to him in a long post them I could copy it? sweatdrop Sorry about having to leave, its a family errin.]

Kitai looked over at him and smiled "Hello Tetsu" she got up "I was thinking do you know how to control your chakra??" she looked at him and then smiled "I would like you to train that part of your self first but doing some tree climbing and then we will move on to water walking and then some great Jutsu" she bowed to him "I am sorry that you can't learn the Jutsu now at your level you need to be stronger" ((You need to know chakra control sorry))
