"My name is Princess Dee, soon to be empress of where I come from. Or did...I know the nature of this game already since many times before, at least in a dream state was I ever in a similar position. I sense within you that you are friend so I shall dissipate the poison. It was meant to kill enemies. The boars just got in the way."

She then points to a man on a hill staring into space, "That man on the hill...he was whom my poison cloud was meant for. He saved me from my royal duties, he freed me, I wanted to thank him, but he chooses to ignore me. I do have divine blood in me, make no mistake about that. If you would have said foe, you would be dead where you stand."

Regaining her composure, Dee powered down, the wind ceasing as quickly as when it came. "By the rules of this game, " she went on, "I should be a warrior chef." She pointed to the long gleaming golden sword at her hip, and then to a satchel of mixed goods on her other side, "But, I also am familiar in the ways of magic, of poisons, and of the light. Due to my heritage as a royal, my parents often ignore me because they rule over an entire galaxy. Very busy. So, I am left alone to do whatever I wish. They hardly care. Since they do that a lot of the time, I have ventured into many games before. My best friend lives in Southtown where I come from, but since being trapped here, it will be awhile before he sees me again."

Reaching into one of the satchels on the opposite side of her sword, Dee pulled out a picture of a 20 year old man. The man was blond with bright blue eyes. From his arms, one could tell that this boy was a fighter. Then Dee said, "His name is Terry Bogard. Many people think that he is just someone else from a video game, but...if one knew where I truly came from, they would be silenced for they would know that this boy in this photo was real. As real as we are. I...have fallen for him...ever since he rescued me 8 years ago. He is fighting his own battle right now. A sinister man named Geese Howard has threatened Southtown, he and his brother have gone to fight this Geese. Terry promised me that he'd call me as soon as he beat this bird brain, but...in order for him to reach me, it looks like I have to beat the sinister ending boss of this game. All games have an ending...and with this game's end, we shall all be set free from its grip. My goal is to gain as many friends in here as I can. When I beat the ending boss of this game, then I can use my true powers and set my friends free also. So, which way to this ending boss?"

Dee reached into another satchel that was around her hip opposite the weapon one, and pulled out a square looking monocole. She pressed a button on the ear piece, where a bunch of random numbers and letters appeared. She tried pressing the button enough times until she found what she was looking for.

"Okay, well, it might not be the final boss, but my device called a scouter has picked up a rather large energy read out due North west. Perhaps it is a boss."

Dee sighed feeling like the day was all about people misunderstanding then she said, "What I mean is, let us go North West because if we don't whatever power I am detecting with this device will get us and kill us by the time it gets here."

As a boar was nearing, Dee picked it up with ease. "This boar, for example, has a power reading of 300 killi, so really not all that tough. You, rogue, have some of your power hidden, but right now, my scouter indicates you are at about 1000 or so. The mage has more power, but not by much. 1500 without the usage of spells. Me...I am at 1800. Killi is just a measurement for brute strength. The power in the North West from here reads 22457! So, if the 4 of us counting the boar doesn't equal that much and we are just players, what else could it be?"

Dee was getting slightly annoyed, but kept her power level at bay. She replied, "Because those who get trapped in a game like this eventually become forgotten. Do you want to be forgotten entirely by those who did love you? I have been in games like this too, and I already know the feeling of being forgotten. All I have left is Terry and if I don't get out of this game to have something to tell him of my recent adventures, then he shall forget me too and then I will have no meaning to my life and therefore, I will end it if that shall happen. It does not do well to dwell in these games too long otherwise, you will never exist again."

Dee smirked, "Well, we shall have to see then won't we who is right and who is wrong. As for me, those boars you set free will be mine. For each one that I kill I gain experience in both my class and my trade. For the kill alone, I gain xp for my class as a warrior. Now depending on what loot I get, it will depend on whether or not I can use that for cooking. This game is not much different than one of my favorites where I like to travel to. Anyhow, if I were you, I'd work at your class experiences first. A wager...if I manage to get to that boss I pointed out before you, you have to believe what I said about being trapped within a game if you cannot complete it. But...if you two beat me there, then I will accept what you said that what I spoke of was nonsense."

Rend didn't have any more words. He simply gave Dee a subtle, minimal wave with one hand. He watched out of the side of his eye as she left. After some silence, he turned to Lisa.

"Trapped, huh? That's one roundabout way of accusing us of having video game addictions or whatever. But what the he-" He stopped himself. "-heck. What the heck was she talking about? Her story was a bit out there, true, but the other stuff is what gets me."

He rubbed his forehead for a few seconds. "...This is why I usually play solo for the first few hours."
