ChaosKnights Zero the Crimson As the dust settled, the two both stood battered and exhausted, neither willing to back down, while each seemed to be on their last leg. Breathing heavily, Karin still had one last trick up sleeve. A weapon Yuzu used against her when they fought. Regardless of how powerful her brother was, the Quincy made sure to develop methods to trump any abilities a shinigami might have. As Ichigo's spirit energy began to drastically spike again and he turned to attack, Karin seemed to have vanished. Before he could realize what happened Karin appeared behind him, wielding a unique quincy bow.

Zero the Crimson As Ichigo's spirit energy began to drastically spike again and he turned to attack, Karin seemed to have vanished. Before he could realize what happened Karin appeared behind him, wielding a unique quincy bow. As Ichigo attempted to power up he began to feel weaker as if his power was being dragged away from him. With spirit particles being gathered into her sister's bow, a tear escaped Karin's eye as she pointed up aiming at her brother. "Sorry . . . . Ichigo . . . . Goodbye . . . ."

ChaosKnights As Ichigo attempted to power up he began to feel weaker as if his power was being dragged away from him. With spirit particles being gathered into her sister's bow, a tear escaped Karin's eye as she pointed up aiming at her brother. "Sorry . . . . Ichigo . . . . Goodbye . . . ." Karin fired the bow and a massive blast hit her brother. As he was being consumed by the attack, Ichigo faintly smiled. "Bye." As the dust settled there was nothing left in the path of the blast. Nearly everything had been destroyed. The buildings, the corpses, the faint traces of spirit energy the defeated had left behind...everything, gone. Only Karin remained.

Zero the Crimson Karin fired the bow and a massive blast hit her brother. As he was being consumed by the attack, Ichigo faintly smiled. "Bye." As the dust settled there was nothing left in the path of the blast. Nearly everything had been destroyed. The buildings, the corpses, the faint traces of spirit energy the defeated had left behind...everything, gone. Only Karin remained. Now standing alone in the heavens, Karin fell to her knees as she cupped her hands over her hearts. So much death and pain as she could not shed enough tears for everything she had lost. As she sat there crying she wondered what did she have left . . . .

ChaosKnights Now standing alone in the heavens, Karin fell to her knees as she cupped her hands over her hearts. So much death and pain as she could not shed enough tears for everything she had lost. As she sat there crying she wondered what did she have left . . . . As she sat there feeling lost, an object in her hand caught her attention. As she held it up, it was one of Yuzu's charms that she had given Karin when they were younger. As she remembered her sister, tears began to flow uncontrollably down her face.

Zero the Crimson As she sat there feeling lost, an object in her hand caught her attention. As she held it up, it was one of Yuzu's charms that she had given Karin when they were younger. As she remembered her sister, tears began to flow uncontrollably down her face. But as she sat there crying, a lingering presence caught her attention. It was faint, but something was definitely there. It felt powerful and old, At first it crossed her mind it was perhaps a surviving shinigami or quincy. But feeling it's presence, a thought crossed her mind. "Soul king?"

Zero the Crimson "How?" Karin thought as she looked around for the source of the presence. Many thoughts raced through her mind as she neared where it seemed to be coming from, but as she reached the area, the presence just seemed to vanish. Karin looked around wildly as the presence came and go whenever she got near it. But after a while, "I'm tired of your games! Show yourself!"

"If you don't show yourself right now I will tear this palace down till there is nothing left!" ". . . . No need to be so rash" they echoed once more. "But that's no longer possible for me in my current state".

"Explain yourself" as Karin gave a glare in no particular direction. "The Quincy king Basch had reduced me to a state of non-existence. Though he absorbed my power, he could not conquer my will. Since his death, I am now a disembodied existence who is only a small flicker of what I am".
