Managing to pick herself up, she brushed off her dress, eyes darting around to make sure no one else saw that.
"Y-yah, I'm fine, just-"
And then there was a shout, and she nearly tripped again, hearing raucous laughter just to seeing one of the carnie gnomes laughing at her.
Jacking. Gnomes.

Molan wasn't deaf, and so the laughter from the gnome didn't escape him as he glanced at it as well. They really were having too much fun with all of this.
"Just remember... they'll have to clean it all up later too." The downside of them being the general workforce.

Well, that was true. It only made her want to chuck something at them though. Annoying miserable things.
Doing her best to concentrate, she had managed to make it a good way across the floor, when she heard a groaning sound, sounding much too familiar...
She dropped to her knees, deciding this was a lot more embarrassing than falling straight down. Someone was clearly harassing them.

Molan was of the mind someone liked to play games as well as he worked to make his way along. Which, finally, led to success. It seemed whoever was playing a prank on Mia was too distracted with her to notice him. Thus, back on solid ground he turned again to see her getting back to her feet. "Just keep trying... eventually..."

She grit her teeth, getting up to her feet and looked around to see if there were any carnie gnomes around. No? Ok, coast clear. She treaded cautiously, making sure to keep an eye on the floor to make she it didn't erratically shift all of a sudden, and with some time, finally made it to the other side.
"O-Okay, that wasn't... too bad..."
It was terrible.

He offered a weak smile at that, offering a hand as she was finishing stepping off before starting toward the next area with her. "Well... it's not too hard... if I recall the way was this way?" He mumbled more to himself than anyone, still he did seem to manage to navigate the area without any flaw in his steps.
Really, quite a skillful little endeavor in all truth. Wait... was Mia still with him? "And there's the exit to the ball pit..." His greatest nemesis.

She took his hand gratefully, and let him lead them towards the next area, but at some point, she ended losing him, and... ughhhhhhh these mirrors.

So sick and tired of this place, she just wanted to find the exit and oh! A door! She quickly rushed forward towards it, only to find herself... back at the beginning.

More mirrors and weird images later, she finally found herself at the exit, and Molan waiting there.
"Sorry, I guess... I got a little lost."
... Ball pit? Oh joy.

"Oh... it's tons of fun..." There was obvious sarcasm in his voice as they moved along toward the pit. "Just try to avoid sinking..." Easier said than done, but really... there was no avoiding it.
And so in he jumped, and tried to avidly swim for the rope. Well at least he wasn't ending up at the bottom of the pit for now.

Saying and doing were two VERY different things. And so Mia failed miserably. In her defense, these clothes weren't made for swimming.

Sadly, Mia's outfits were rarely really thought through with a 'I'm going to be running around in this' mindset. Which did lead to her quickly plummeting to the bottom of the pit.
Alas, Molan also didn't think it through too much with trying to hopefully fetch her out, not with his own track record with swimming in a ball pit. So when he tried to snatch her hand as she went under, he too found himself sinking down to the bottom. He had a very bad track record with the ball pit.
But at least they were both out, and with their own set of plastic balls to hit their heads to boot. "Not hte most graceful ride..."

She ignored the plastic ball that followed her... less than pleasant exit from the funhouse, and she was busy brushing off her dress when Molan seemed to follow right behind her.
Thankfully, she had moved a decent distance away, or he would have knocked her to the ground... again.
"I agree." she frowned, deciding she had quite enough of the fun house for now. "Let's... head back to the games area." That place seemed much nicer.

It was thankful that Miasma had chosen to move away from the drop off point, because then there didn't need to be five more minutes of awkward silence. And as such, there was just some dusting off as they both got up and a nod of agreement. "Far more calm." He'd just have to glare at a few gnomes most likely. And as such he followed along with.
Hopefully with a few less hits to his pride this time.

Manyara plunged into the Funhouse without a second thought. This place was a place of challenge and... well, not courage. Sparkles, perhaps. But it would do well enough as a training ground. A way to show her prowess.
Too bad she tripped on the way in.
