Crystal thinks back to a time when she had to use one of the spells. "I had to use rennervate when I was very little, way back when I lived with my mum. One night, the house caught fire. It was a magic fire she couldn't put out. She fainted - from the smoke I thought - and I tried to use the spell, with her wand, to revive her like I had seen her revive our old owl when it was hurt. It took a few times, but she finally opened her eyes. She told me to go into the cellar, to the far end and out a hidden door, and that was the last time I saw her."

Kori ran through the Hogwarts castle, on her way to Charms Class. Oh no! She thought, I'm gonna be late! She went through an innumerable amount of corridors until she stopped. Where am I? She walked into an empty classroom, and the door slammed shut behind her. She turned around and heard crackling laughter. "Peeves!" Kori was about to pound on the door, but she remembered her homework. She took out her wand, and said "Alohomora!" The door swung open! Kori began running to Charms Class again.

"Alright time to try the confundus charm!" Pointing her towards the dummy she said the charm. "Confundo!"
"Not this time it seems." Hailey cancelled the spell with a frustrated sigh. "Perhaps my frustration is getting in the way? I really wish I knew why these are giving me so much trouble."

Kori moved onto the Cheering Charm. She didn't know who to do it on though, she she pointed her wand at a random person. She recited "Tuor Vardamirthe!"
It backfired! The charm shot her right between the eyes! She didn't feel very cheerful though.

Going over to a goldfish in a bowl Hailey pointed her wand at the fish and said, "Tuor Vardamirthe."
The goldfish seemed to start swimming quite happily in the bowl!

Extremely relieved to have gotten one right Hailey moved onto the next one. She went over to one of the cabinets and locked it, "alohomora."
The cabinet doors opened immediately! Hailey couldn't help but release a giddy giggle.
