Nancy moved the strawberries closer to the adorable dragon. "He... disappeared? Were any alphabet letters floating around?" Nancy queried quizzed, asked, whatever. A big frown spread across her features and, strangely enough, matched Emerson's expression despite the limitations of having a beak.

Did Kujo somehow manage to get word of what Nick said to his little sister? The gentle and unassuming older brother of hers did know some judo but he wouldn't... Was it something the Unown told him to do? If it was something else that made him vanish, it was likely one of his pokemon knew teleport and was determined to save their trainer. Nick may have been acting like a jerk and doing highly illegal things but she didn't want him dead. She hadn't even gotten a chance to punch him for being an idiot yet.

Come to think of it maybe Nick wasn't being blackmailed or anything but controlled psychically somehow? It was rare and took a very powerful pokemon but it was never subtle. There tended to be signs too like glowing eyes.

Well, he did seem to be going maniacal. That could be a sign of psychic pokemon messing with him or a need to take psychiatric meds. Her dad and mom had to be able to find something by talking to Nick's parents.

"Answer my question please, did you or did you not see any Unown at the scene of the crim- disappearance?" Nancy asked. Emerson gave her a look, she was imitating a favorite detective show again and would probably get carried away. Luckily there were cute baby pokemon to be distracting. Marple had her eye on Haxy's tail and Clouseau had finished his bag of beef jerky and was sniffing around now.

Good heavens how could those things be so freaking adorable? Haxy could probably get away with eating not only the rest of the strawberries, but everything else Nancy had and still have her beg to play with him.

"Dein deino♪ Deideino?" Clouseau asked demonstrating a lack of knowledge of how power levels worked for learning moves.



*"So delicious♪ Does small fry know dragon pulse?"

"That thing is cool, you could make a fortune with that eyepiece. So my brother was in town... That's probably why Nick disappeared although if it was just one Unown then where would all the rest be? Wait, have you met Kujo before, in the future, or whenever Lucina?" There was a potential fallacy in logic here that she was wary of.

If Kujo then Unown would be present.

If Unown present, possibility of Kujo being present. Not a certainty.


While pondering the finer points of logic, she absentmindedly gave the last of the dried strawberries to Haxy and Marple. Emerson and Clouseau felt a little left out.

Haxy was hungry, however he was not selfish he left some snacks for the other pokemon. Lucina held her chin in a way that said: Let me think. " Can you describe him?" She asked Nancy. 'He has a good heart too. Awesome! I can't wait to evolve this guy!' Apollo thought watching his Axew offer the other pokemon some strawberries. Haxy took one to Emerson, " Axew?" He asked.

*Axew said, " Want some?"

" Does he carry a scroll?" Apollo asked. Haxy went back to the strawberries and kept eating. " Doesn't ring a bell." Lucina said. She noticed a shifty fellow walk by. Probably Team Gamma or something. She didn't want to waste her time on those idiots right now. She told May to get closer and cover her face. She figured they might notice the little girl.

Damien moved towards a bench and sat, fiddling with his radio, he repeated the same message on different frequencies. "Knight reporting. All units report location." This, followed by 'rocket' in Morse code was the repeated message. "I'll give em a few minutes. Then I have to go." Every once in a while he would glance up, glaring at anyone who wandered to close to his bench.

"Depends, what do you want?" Damien asked, eying the stranger suspiciously. "The police wouldn't have been able to find him this quickly, probably. "If you're gonna give me an application you can scram." He fiddled with his radio a bit more, then stuffed it in a pocket, resting his hands on his waist.

"Not a lot." Damien stood, he had heard something about a doctor from his commander. "We should get moving. Never stay in one spot too long." Damien moved his hands away from his pokeballs relaxing. "Lead the way."
