This flurry gathers strength quickly, and after two posts it becomes a blizzard so strong and thick that it is impossible to see through, unless her opponent has heat-vision of some kind, since it is also so thick with chakra that a sensor would not be able to see through it that way. Hitomi can get around the heat vision mostly because, being a Hyouton, her body temperature isn't much higher than the blizzard itself. Hitomi can take the ice and snow of the blizzard and create creatures to attack for her, though they don't have access to jutsu, their strength is the surprise, and their ability to vanish back into the blizzard. Requires D rank chakra upkeep per post Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu, blanket style genjutsu Description: This technique is something maki made herself to instill fear inside her targets. The issue with being watched is you sometimes know it. This ability confirms that the target is being watched, blanketing the area in a thick chakra presence; manifesting as a very light mist that cannot be blown away. The longer the target remains in the area of chakra (meaning the thread combat is taking place.) the more paranoid and bigger the effects on the target. The effects are listed as follows.
1 post: Target is aware they are being watched. They feel a hostile presence with their eyes on themselves.
3 posts: Target starts to become paraniod. Hearing becomes acute and they pick up false movement tells like the leaves of a bush scraping against the side of a tree.
5 posts: Sensor nin begin to feel multiple chakra presences in the area, diluting their ability to feel chakra nearly as accurately. Each post the presence becomes heavier for sensors, the chakra seems to be surrounding them from all sides.
7 posts: The targets pupils dialate, straining to find what is watching them. The sense of dread is upon them, they start to hear sounds that arent even present, footsteps come from air, breathing from stillness and voices in their head telling them they are going to die.
8 posts: Suicidal thoughts can start to manifest in the target. This person is going to kill them after all, why give them the satisfaction.
9 posts: target cannot get these thoughts out of their head now. The target will require psychiatric help if they even survive the encounter.
10 posts: Target becomes unapproachably violent to those around him, seeing all surrounding them as the enemy and lashing out without restraint. This can go as far as killing allies and using very high level jutsu to do so.
This jutsu can only be detected by the genjutsu main class, genjutsu subclass or the samurai class path; Serene Mind.
