Once someone managed to traverse the long flight of stairs, they would come to the end. A large door was shut, the only exit out. It was not locked, however, and would open once pushed. (If pulled, nothing would happen, however.)
Past the door was an enormous chamber, easily over a hundred feet tall, and stretching back far enough to hide the far side in impenetrable darkness. Closer to the door, however, there were several items of note. One was a series of small screens, each lit up and showing a picture. Or perhaps a live image, as each one was focused on one of the examinees. Another quartet covered the destruction that was going on outside, at three distant villages, as well as Joker's current location within the exams.
But the most impressive feature of the room was an immense glass cylinder, lit from within by a wan green light, illuminating a thick gelid substance, and a shadowy object within. The purpose, even the identity of this strange object, were unclear. No exam proctor had yet to reveal themselves, and there was no immediate clue toward the next step of the exam, if there was one.
[This is the final chamber of the exam, there will be another challenge coming soon. For now, though, those who have reached this point may relax for a moment. The make-up exam will be announced at the same time.]
